The main focus was the trampolining…read more For an hour they thoroughly enjoyed themselves as I moved between areas and maintained their safety from enthusiastic other children, inappropriate props and poor choices. Overall they had a fantastic time. There was a lot to take part in which we had neither the time nor desire to do so on this visit (skating rink, pickleball, video game arcade, billiards and golf). I appreciated the age segregation as it prevented horseplay from older aged ones from harming younger children. The restrooms seemed far from the play area. It was a great source of entertainment but you have to keep a close eye on small children. My one criticism was that there were props in one of the play areas that were very heavy and could harm someone if they hit someone; they also posed a tripping hazard. They were shaped like a giant Swiss cheese wheel. Bounce is conveniently located in the Galleria Mall, so there is ample free parking.

Just go to fun max. Went on a Saturday morning. Was greeted…read morecoldly and told to go the front desk if I wasn't there for a bday party. Fine, but when I asked where because it was our first time, she just pointed generally. Not a great first impression. Multiple attractions closed. No attendee for mini golf, multiple employees walked by or just informed me I needed to wait (and no indication whether anyone was in their way, etc). Same experience again waiting for roller skates (and again when we realized we were given 2 left skates). Multiple employees had no idea what the "all day pass" was and kept asking me to buy additional tickets to things. Laser tag was running but we weren't allowed to go just the two of us - needed to wait for a bday party. (Shout out to the laser tag attendee tho - he was very kind). $10 arcade card was empty (they rectified it, but annoying to have to wait again). Arcade games ate credits or didn't have balls/etc to actually play. So many staffing/operational breakdowns, just not worth it.

Love coming here…read more It is fairly new to the area. I've been here 2 times and really enjoyed each visit. The staff is very accommodating and has great suggestions. They are friendly, kind, and attentive. They have great options to choose from. The prices are ok, could be better. To my knowledge, they don't really offer much of a discount or specials which stops me from coming more often. They have snacks to choose from if you are there for a longer period of time which is very convenient. The wait time you have until you receive your project is about a week which is awesome. Overall a really nice place.

Let's talk about last night…read more We came here to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday with a party of 10. When we first arrived, we were greeted by the employee at the front counter, who was friendly and seemed to be in a good mood. We paid $107 for an hour of bowling and headed to our lanes. About five minutes later, management approached us and said that one of our teenagers had called an employee the N-word. We were told we had to leave immediately and that we would not receive a refund. We were completely shocked. We had no idea what they were talking about, so we tried to understand what had happened. During the discussion, we were told the police had been called. At that point, I gathered my family and waited near the entrance for the officers. We asked for some explanation, security footage, or any details about the alleged incident, but we were told the employee was too upset to come out and explain what had happened. I want to give credit to the officers from the Wappingers police department, they handled the situation professionally and took the time to listen to both sides. After speaking with us and then with the employee, it became clear that she had overheard one of the teenagers using the N-word while talking among themselves, not directing it at her. That is a very different situation from what we were originally accused of. The officer then asked management to contact the owner about refunding our money, and thankfully we did receive a full refund. We left and spent the rest of the evening somewhere else. My biggest issue isn't that someone was offended, it's how the situation was handled. Before getting the facts, management accused our family of directing a racial slur at an employee, called the police, and attempted to remove us without a refund. That was embarrassing and upsetting for everyone involved. I left feeling that the situation was handled far too quickly without a proper investigation or giving our family an opportunity to explain what had actually happened. I hope management reviews its procedures so future customers are treated more fairly before such serious accusations are made.

This business deserves all the yelp stars in the world…read more Chris and Deana are two wonderful human beings that made my fiancé and my dreams come true. I went up in the air as a nervous man with his hands clenched tightly into his pockets hoping his girlfriend at the time wouldn't notice a square shaped ring box popping out of my jeans, and I came down as an equally nervous but happily engaged man to the love of his life. I booked to fly a private flight on July 17th. Leading up to the flight I worked with Deana on the scheduling and logistics around the surprise. I was a bit maniacal as I kept checking in with Deana on the weather forecasts 10-days ahead of our actual flight date. Nonetheless she engaged with me and kept me calm. She also ensured that everything went ABSOLUTELY PERFECT the day of the flight. We were very fortunate to be flying with Chris. He is a highly experienced operator and set up my proposal surprise perfectly. I have not stopped looking at the video he took and have blasted it out to all of my friends and family since then. Chris also has some really great stories from his years of flying experience and some hilarious landings. If you choose to fly with them (which you absolutely should) you should expect to work with highly professional and friendly people that will make you feel like family from day 1. Can't wait to come back soon and re-live our experience. With hopefully no stress about what I'm hiding in my pockets!
