He called a couple of times to give later ETAs as he was on a job that was going longer. I was in trades too and am aware that jobs can get complicated. What I really liked was that he called and kept his word. When he arrived he was friendly, open and a pleasure to work with. He fixed my problem which ran on longer than we thought, charged a fair price, cleaned up after himself and said thanks for the work. Paying him was simple. The job was done very well. And this one was a pretty major project running two cables to install a pair of electric vehicle chargers. Had to run the cables half way across my house, cutting into the ceiling drywall in one room and in the garage. Overall they did a fantastic job. Kept the area clean and put it back to as close to normal as possible (they told me in advance that they put the cut drywall pieces back up, but don't repair the cuts).
