I went to Laurel Park for the Rose' on the Railway event and had a nice afternoon overall. It was…read morethe perfect excuse to get dressed up, take a few photos, and enjoy the atmosphere. I purchased the VIP experience, but if I'm being honest, it didn't feel very VIP. The perks were pretty limited: just a couple of extra drink tickets (which didn't do much for me since I don't drink) and individual charcuterie boards. I was expecting something that felt a little more elevated and exclusive for the price. One thing that did stand out was the facility itself. The restrooms were surprisingly spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, definitely nicer than I expected for a racetrack venue. The event itself was enjoyable, and I'm glad I experienced it at least once. That said, it wasn't the kind of event that left a lasting impression. Nothing was wrong with it. It just didn't feel memorable enough to make me want to come back. It was boring, tbh... Ratings: - Event: (2/5) - VIP Experience: (2/5) - Atmosphere: (4/5) - Value: (2/5) Overall Rating: (2/5)

We've been to some pretty shabby tracks, and our local track has so much wasted potential. Not at Laurel, what a hidden gem we found. Such a great find!

This is a review for the Big Bounce America event that was held here (June 2024)…read more No problems with entering the premise. Exiting is where there was no direction and people were kind of going every which way. However, be prepared to wait in long lines at the light onto Brinkley Rd We got passes for the Adult session on a Sunday evening. This worked out best because the Sun was going down during our 3 hour visit. Youll see children leaving from the session before , but they will all have vacated the park by the time adult sessions start. Adults are 16+ Quite a few LARGE bounce houses, shading under tents, with chairs and tables to use. Port a potties. Food trucks on site. Free places to leave your shoes and belongings if desired. Otherwise, you can take your shoes off and leave them in front of the bouncy houses. They sold water for $2 a bottle Bring your own water bottles. Wear socks with grips if you have them. Youll be taking your shoewear off often so I recommend wearing sandals that slip on/off or crocs. Bring a towel to for sweat You will get sweaty lol. All of the staff were wonderful, friendly and fun! We did the last BIG BOUNCE house entry at 830p. This was cool, because it was like a huge nighttime party outside Recommend to leave a bit early to not have to sit in traffic and waiting for people to exit the parking lot Wear sunblock & bug spray $5 parking in case, $7.50 on card

I allotted plenty of time based on how long the trail ride was supposed to be. When we arrived, Kenny was nowhere to be found. We waited FORTY-FIVE MINUTES. We tried to kill time, wandering around the barn. I was appalled at the state of it - the interior and all the gear seemed extremely shabby, neglected and dirty. The horses were moderately cared for, but nowhere near as well as I've seen at other stables nearby. When they told us to choose a riding helmet, I wanted to die as I attempted to sift through the wall of spiderwebs... (see picture). When Kenny finally arrived, he gave a lame excuse that no one called to tell him we'd arrived; this in spite of the fact that we had a scheduled appointment time and several attempts to reach him - by both the staff and me - went straight to voicemail. The ride itself was fine; I appreciated going with just my fiance and Kenny as our guide. He did try to tailor the ride somewhat to our ability level, but for the price, and how much his lateness pushed us off-schedule for our other activities, I left wishing I had chosen any of the other stables in the area.
