TLDR: Great service and found the exact type of product I needed…read more I accidentally happened upon this shop on my way from lunch at Nyonya on Grand Street to Burberry on Spring Street, and I was intrigued because even though I know this neighborhood inside and out, I'd never seemed to have seen EndoMen before. The name confused me a bit, because it had "Men" with a capital "M," and I identify as female. But there was a chalkboard listing lots of CBD products, which piqued my interest and drew me into the store to take a look. I have chronic pelvic pain (clinically known as dyspareunia or vaginismus), and in my Facebook support groups for the condition, fellow sufferers have mentioned lidocaine gel or CBD gel to ease the pain with intercourse. I didn't like the idea of lidocaine - it just numbs you and doesn't actually reduce the pain itself or relax the muscle. But CBD should theoretically relax the muscles, so I wanted to find a good CBD gel. Turns out, it's not easy to get, most people in my position get it locally from a trusted dispensary, and it's pretty darn hard to get online. I asked for recommendations in my support groups, and they were small local places in faraway states. The person working in the store when I came in was Eric, and he was so helpful. I quickly explained what I was looking for, and he immediately had the right product in mind: the Intimate Moisturizer by Muva Beauty. (The brand has some association with Amber Rose, not sure what the deal is.) He wasn't pushy at all, and he advised me to take a long look at the ingredients and make sure it was right for me. He also mentioned durign checkout that I probably also needed to go to therapy and focus on relaxation (things that I already knew, but I appreciate a sales associate being so holistic and not just trying to push product on the customer). I also looked up the product on the Muva Beauty site after I got home, and EndoMen had not marked it up at all. It was sold to me at MSRP. No. But as EndoMen is a retailer, my rating is mostly focused on the buying experience and customer service, and if the product works, that's a bonus sixth star for them. If it doesn't, no big deal. I was getting upset at how clogged it was getting considering I literally have a little pouch I keep it in to make sure it is always upright. However, it literally was getting so clogged, I started inhaling pieces of wax. Never had that happen to me so I brought it up to a friend and they said I might have gotten a fake.
