Can't understand how a DOCTOR does not wear a mask during a pandemic when people are coming in that…read moremay have vulnerable family members at home and would like to keep themselves safe. They did nothing to practice social distancing guidelines in the office and had "masks required" signs hanging up but the doctor/staff didn't wear one themselves. At first, I thought he was a kind doctor but after a few visits it became apparent that he's not. The treatment wasn't that helpful either. I'd be hooked up to electrotherapy for 10 minutes and the doctor would come in after and spend no more than 2 minutes "adjusting" my body. He was also handsy and would "playfully" pat me on the butt like a football coach. I understand chiropractors often have to touch you in areas like that for medical purposes but if it's not a medical necessity, there's no reason to touch me there. The treatment was useless and a waste of my time. The staff is friendly and great but I'm not going back to that doctor. He made me physically uncomfortable, and if he cared about his patients he would wear a mask to protect them. Save your time and your money

I debated for a while whether I should write a review but for the health and safety of others I…read morefinally decided to. First off, I only came here because my dad used to visit this doctor. Upon walking in, I noticed the woman behind the front desk was without a mask. After asking her if the dr at least wore a mask, she said that no one in that office wore a mask. Thus, I asked her whether she'd ask the dr if he'd wear one while seeing me, as I have vulnerable family members at home. After the woman went back to speak with the doctor, he returned to yell at me! He said no one in his office wears a mask, that he refuses to wear a mask, and that he doesn't want mask fanatics like me in his office! He also knew I just lost my dad and that at home I had a vulnerable mom, yet he still said "I don't care I'm not wearing a mask". He then proceeded to tell me that by wearing my mask I'm lowering my immune system so that when the flu season comes I'll be at an increased risk for becoming more seriously ill. WHAT?! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Let me start off by saying the doctor is great. The doctor explains everything in detail and had…read moreput me at ease. The front desk, however is horrible. They are friendly but that is the only good thing. Before I made my appointment I went onto my insurance website, which is Horizon, to see if this practice was in network, which they are. I called Horizon and spoke to a representative just to verify that this practice is in network which they are. I called the practice to make my appointment. I spoke to Kyle who told me that the practice was running a special of $67 for the initial visit. I told Kyle that I have insurance and that the doctor is in network with it. Kyle said that they would have to verify network eligibility and that $67 was due for the initial visit. I told Kyle that I have a $25 copay for each visit. I asked him if the $67 would go towards my copay and he said no. So I paid the $67. I go to my appointment. I was there for over an hour. I got an exam, was asked questions about my situation, had x-rays taken and then had a quick adjustment. I made two more appointments and I was told that I would get a call when my insurance was verified. Kyle did call me back and I returned his call. That was when Kyle told me that the doctor is out of network. I told Kyle that I called Horizon and the representative told me that this practice is in network. I asked Kyle why he is telling me that the practice doesn't accept my insurance and my insurance told me that this practice is in network. Kyle told me that Horizon doesn't update their website and that the practice had called Horizon to try to update their website and they never got a response back. I feel this practice just wants money and doesn't want to do the work to call the insurance to verify eligibility. I am going to call my insurance and tell them this situation. Even if the situation between the insurance and this practice get resolved I still would not go back. I know I'm not the only one with Horizon and if this practice knows that they are not in network with Horizon then why couldn't they just tell me before I wasted my time going to see the doctor. I just feel they are very shady especially since they seem to be very patient focused.
