On the 20 mins to get my order taken I saw the food was coming out steadily so was t afraid to order. Pork steamed dumplings were excellent and main course of green curry chicken was modestly good. Small, clean, friendly owners and delicious food. Been here…read morehalf a dozen times and just now got around to posting a review. Whenever I'm in Maastricht I usually end up here for a quick and tasty bite. Although Maastricht has many, many fine eateries, I end up here because it's not touristy even though it's between some rather large terraces just off the Markt which is touristy. The pork rolls are super savory, crunchy and arrive piping hot. Wrap 'em in the lettuce along with some cilantro, dip 'em in that sauce are you're good to go! Just two orders of these and I'd be happy. The Pho (beef at €10,00 )...I've ordered everytime. Why? It's dependable and good. You can't use credit or debit so come with some cash in your pocket and thank me later.

The pork on a stick and lumpia was AMAZING! Beer is limited so I went to Lefe blonde which still good. My kids loved the Fried Rice and my Wife loves the Pho Bo. My birthday boy ordered the Pho Ga. My youngest ordered the noodles with chicken. I ordered Noodles with shrimp and as starters we had pork wontons and lumpia! The starters were excellent! The wontons were awesome! The lumpia needed just a little more time frying otherwise the starters are a must have. I will get to why it is getting 3 stars in a minute. The pho ga was warm, the right amount of broth, noodles and herbs. it warmed the inside and made my son feel good inside. My youngest had the fried noodles with chicken, right amount of veggies and chicken. the noodles were perfect. My dish never came, my sons got full and shared their last bits with me. The fact that they forgot my meal makes me give this restaurant 3 stars. The pho and the noodles and the starters are a must have just with I would've had mine with the noodles. Hole in the wall places are awesome, if the service was up to par with the amazing food, It would've been 5 stars.
