The service is horrible. Im a disable veteran who works for the usps. I just had a death in family. I had papers that needed fax for my job. Online the hours show 6pm I was in there at 515 . They tell e fax not working won't go past page 1. I say try again please this happened yesterday in cary but it will work. She tries twice don't even look at machine to make sure it's faxing. I was there long enough for 4 other customers to get waited on and leave. The little Customer service girl goes with attitude I can't help you should have been in here earlier. I said I was here before closing you should have to wait on me. The manager comes out and ofcourse someone that don't like me from high-school. She would not help me said she has to leave bc the other girl has a child to pick up. I say I was here before closing the other girl not manager responds haha no you weren't l....I look at the manager and respond that's your employee she goes ok you been rude to her the whole time. Still wouldn't help. Horrible place....no respect...manager has no control at all over her store or her employees. For a girl so small she surely has a big mouth. So rude no respect. No Customer service she needs to be fired and manager needs to be reminded on how to manage maybe go back to a employee someone needs to manage her. read more

I've been to this PostNet before but found them extra help today when I needed to get some documents printed. I didn't have to wait in line. It was reasonable to pay for grayscale and black & white prints. Colors is usually pricey anywhere but wasn't needed. I was in and out. I got 26 pages printed for $5 and change. It was better than buying an ink cartridge and going back home to print everything just to drive back in town to get business taken care of. I was super grateful that this store is still here since Office Depot closed down. read more

I very rarely write reviews but im so shocked by how this place does business I felt I had. I dropped off a package and paid for the shipping label from postal net. Its now been a full seven days and there is no tracking showing up. I called ups they say they were never given the package. So I callled the store to find out what was going on. I gave the lady the name of sender along with tracking info and after a five minute wait she came back and asked if i could please call her back in 2-3 minutes which I said of course not realizing it 5:58 and they close at 6:00 she purposely got me off the phone knowing when I call back they will be closed and wont answer the phone which is precisely what happened. That move she pulled on me to get off the phone is garbage. hopefully this will stop someone from making the mistake I did by going there and giving them my busines and having my package stolen then treated like crap when I called read more

PostNet is my one stop shop, for shipping needs, stamps, flyers, invitations, etc!! They have helped me SO MUCH! When I have needed invitations made I just pick out what I would like on the invitation and Allen and his crew make it happen!! I have gotten many compliments on the invitations that I send out, and it's all due to Allen and Krystal's great creativity. Then, I will need a flyer for a business venture and they will help me create something that is professional and appealing. Their turn around time is also very fast, I will send them an email with a request and sometimes have a draft within a couple hours for my review and if I need editing I'll send them what needs to be fixed, they'll fix it and shoot it back to me right away for my review.
