Go to pick up the product.... NOTHING WHAT I needed. Yes, a nameplate, but completely WRONG materials and dimensions. When I come back I ask them what the problem is if I produced the SAME QUOTE that they gave me. The "new" front desk lady says "new supplier." If you can't give me the product I asked for, you should let me know prior to saying you can and taking my money!! Also, there google maps hours are incorrect!!! Talk about frustration when you show up half an hour early because you Google the hours.... just to sit in the parking lot.

We closed ABC3 BARBER SUDIO in Huntington Beach. Upon arrival we are establishing our next shop for our Soldiers. We found the location and soon we will open. My Barber on Yadkin Rd Store front sign and street sign is being made and installed by these awesome crew. Let me walk you through. My landlord gave me a contact we spoke then never heard from then until I had found these guys ordered and purchased from them within 24 hours then the other guys call a week later. Too bad, early bird gets the worm. A few days later, I even brought the above business sign cause I thought I could do it myself but after careful consideration we decided let the professionals do it. We've all had our buddy, girlfriend or wife tried to cut our hair and you know how it went. Just like a haircut some things are better left to the professionals. In closing. The store front sign can either make you or break you. Contact these guys for you new signs needs or even replace that beat up piece of you k ow what sign that you know needs replacement and have these guys do it for you. DO NOT USE FOR ANY DECAL WORK. DAMAGED PAINT TO MY VEHICLE…read more I brought my truck in to get a simple logo installed on my back glass. Employees were nice and kind on first arrival, took measurements, and gave me a quote of $179 for one decal. I agreed and was told to wait for a call back from JOE as the decal would take multiple days to make. I waited. Joe called me after a couple days and we scheduled the install in the morning. I arrived for my appointment and was told it would take just 10-15mjn for install and Joe would do it for me in the front parking lot. Joe installed the decal and when the decal touched any part of my paint surrounding the back window, the decal ripped my paint off my vehicle. Joe didn't say anything at first and kept smoothing out and trimming the decal. When all the extra decal was trimmed off I was left with large spots of missing paint and a messed up decal due to paint sticking underneath and against my window. Joe was apologetic but claimed he never saw anything like this happen and he would have his sign painter look at it. Another employee came out and took a look at the truck. We made another appointment to bring the truck in on a Friday and the paint would be repaired, a new decal would be installed, and my truck would be ready on Monday. I brought my truck in the following Monday, dropped it off, and was called back 15min and was told the painter was not working and would be back Wednesday. After driving multiple hours back and forth I had enough. I requested a refund and was going to use the check for $179 to get my paint repaired. I could not waste anymore time or fuel to drive back and forth. I got a paint shop to work up an estimate on damages and cost to repair. Original quote for repairs was $1,209.53. Due to the situation the paint shop agreed to fix the paint to the best they could for $500. ALL SIGNS & GRAPHICS refused to pay anything towards the estimate, stated I already had a refund of a check I didn't deposit or cash, and offered to call back if their painter could do anything about it.

All of the staff is pleasant, they all speak when you come in or at least acknowledge you. They give you a fair price for the services you need. No bait and switch/upgrade kind of place.
