Good Morning folks, I just left a review under goggle it's only right to leave one with yelp too…read more We recently relocated from Huntington Beach, California. We closed ABC3 BARBER SUDIO in Huntington Beach. Upon arrival we are establishing our next shop for our Soldiers. We found the location and soon we will open. My Barber on Yadkin Rd Store front sign and street sign is being made and installed by these awesome crew. Let me walk you through. My landlord gave me a contact we spoke then never heard from then until I had found these guys ordered and purchased from them within 24 hours then the other guys call a week later. Too bad, early bird gets the worm. A few days later, I even brought the above business sign cause I thought I could do it myself but after careful consideration we decided let the professionals do it. We've all had our buddy, girlfriend or wife tried to cut our hair and you know how it went. Just like a haircut some things are better left to the professionals. In closing. The store front sign can either make you or break you. Contact these guys for you new signs needs or even replace that beat up piece of you k ow what sign that you know needs replacement and have these guys do it for you. Should you wonder why I'm given them a long well deserved review, look at my profile I try to give gratitude to all businesses I've encountered. I've only had a few not so great encounters. Soon My Barber on Yadkin will be open for business. You can expere6our barbering skills as well as looking at the great sign work these folks do. Did I mention outstanding customer service. DO NOT USE FOR ANY DECAL WORK. DAMAGED PAINT TO MY VEHICLE…read more I brought my truck in to get a simple logo installed on my back glass. Employees were nice and kind on first arrival, took measurements, and gave me a quote of $179 for one decal. I agreed and was told to wait for a call back from JOE as the decal would take multiple days to make. I waited. Joe called me after a couple days and we scheduled the install in the morning. I arrived for my appointment and was told it would take just 10-15mjn for install and Joe would do it for me in the front parking lot. Joe installed the decal and when the decal touched any part of my paint surrounding the back window, the decal ripped my paint off my vehicle. Joe didn't say anything at first and kept smoothing out and trimming the decal. When all the extra decal was trimmed off I was left with large spots of missing paint and a messed up decal due to paint sticking underneath and against my window. Joe was apologetic but claimed he never saw anything like this happen and he would have his sign painter look at it. Another employee came out and took a look at the truck. We made another appointment to bring the truck in on a Friday and the paint would be repaired, a new decal would be installed, and my truck would be ready on Monday. I brought my truck in the following Monday, dropped it off, and was called back 15min and was told the painter was not working and would be back Wednesday. After driving multiple hours back and forth I had enough. I requested a refund and was going to use the check for $179 to get my paint repaired. I could not waste anymore time or fuel to drive back and forth. I got a paint shop to work up an estimate on damages and cost to repair. Original quote for repairs was $1,209.53. Due to the situation the paint shop agreed to fix the paint to the best they could for $500. ALL SIGNS & GRAPHICS refused to pay anything towards the estimate, stated I already had a refund of a check I didn't deposit or cash, and offered to call back if their painter could do anything about it.

The nice ladies behind the desk took my information and had a technician meet me out front. Once he confirmed what I wanted done, I headed to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. I had a sever malfunction with my 5th wheel RV's front elevation stabilizer. The gears in the…read moredriver side stabilizer had stripped and had rendered it useless. This meant I could not only use my camper but I also could not get it off my truck. Anyone who is camping right now knows that there more people camping these days, it's hard to find camp spots but RV service shops are also backed up for a multitude of reasons. Regardless, Tom and his crew genuinely care about their service, their reputation but most importantly their customers. Not only did they take the time to listen to my situation, make the time to help me out but also advise honestly and accordingly on a SOLID solution. I took their advice and upgraded to a stabilizer system that wasn't the best / most expensive but the one that was right for my camper and financial limits. Lastly they got me in and out in 24 hrs because we had a place book for my niece's birthday the upcoming weekend. I was very impressed because that was not just installing but modifying my camper with upgraded stabilizers because the ones that came with my camper were cheap. Their installation looked very professional and they were thorough in showing me how to use my new system. There great folk, they don't B.S. and they were common sense. They got my business from here on out.

Robert also have me tips on how to cut cost and shorten turnaround time which was a big plus as I was on a budget. Robert is also very reasonable and understands the old school skill set of customer satisfaction; one of the laser engravings I got done on wooden disk came out just a tad lighter than the others, when I brought this to his attention, he took the new piece and re-did it right there - at No Cost. What a stand up guy. Both the owner, Mr. Kim and Robert have decades upon decades of experience, which is very important. Sometimes the customer doesn't exactly know what he/she is asking for, or what the finished product is going to look like. That's where their experience comes in and they explain to you all of the capabilities and limitations, and how all of that will affect the finished product. My experiences with other places is that they do exactly what you ask for, provide no expertise, and when the finished product is all jacked up, they blame you for it. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied of how everything came out. I will most definitely come back to give them my business. I already referred one of my colleagues to I Stitch & Frame for a laser etched plaque, and is getting it done there as well. Highly recommend this place!
