Allen runs this Postnet and is very helpful. I know alot of people that starting going to this Postnet just to drop off mail and packages and then eventually just get a box and start shipping everything through him. We went in to get a passport photo and had to wait 45 minutes in line while there was only one man at the counter multitasking. The passport photo was of good quality. As we walked in the store there were a plethora of boxes lying around throughout. I find this environment concerning because anyone could simply pick up any box that is on the floor and walk out with it. read more

I had to send a fax to a toll free 866 number and got charged $1 per page. Really? No paper or ink or phone charges were used. Total abuse.

Alan is the best! And since neither the printer, copy machine nor the fax work at my house, we are now best friends :) He is so sweet and helpful and usually doesn't even charge me to use the computer if I'm just printing. This review is long in coming. I mailed a very large package( just under 50 lbs) to Europe for my granddaughter's Birthday. From the tracking numbers it looked like my package didn't leave the Chatsworth post office. Alan offered to pay for the contents, which was a child's ride in car, out of his own pocket! The owner saw what I was notarized and took the time to make polite talk which I thought was very sweet of him. He sympathized with what I am going through and even gave me a discount on the computer use which he did not have to do. He greeted his regulars by first name as well as the mail pick up workers.
