And when the phone call came in... I got someone else who was NOT you. Be the "BOSS" and handle your dissatisfied customers. Anyone that would like proof of the money I sent them and what I was reimbursed I will gladly provide statements. And then text my conversations where I asked her numerous times to call me and she would not. Because in her words "nothing would get resolved." Instead of dealing with a dissatisfied customer first she had SOMEONE else call me the next day at 7pm. Which I can also provide proof. In summary, don't waste your time or money to have to go through all of this for a service any other company will be willing to do HAPPILY. Anyone can message me and I have actually found people who feel her office has just dropped the ball in aspects of their business services. I really wish someone would have warned me.

Communication was extremely poor--we rarely received updates, and when we did, they were vague and never provided a straight answer. We were never provided with proper evidence or meaningful updates regarding my boyfriend's case, which left us feeling completely in the dark.
