They operate a take a number system, with a multilingual kiosk to get your place in line. Then you will see your number appear in a window. Even though I was tenth in line when I arrived, I waited less than twenty minutes to be helped. I recommend this location for any post office needs you may have. They're right next door to a "tobacco shop" where you can buy an envelope if you're missing one, and they take both cash and card as payment.
