I would give them a 0 (zero) if it were an option. I mailed a package on Wednesday, paid $50.00 for overnight. The package was not delivered on Thursday. Today is Friday and the package is at the distribution center. UPS will not allow it's employees to give customers the name and address to distribution centers. I offered to have someone pick up the package. I was told the package may not be available for pickup and they do not deliver on Saturdays. The store called customer service and they are also powerless. They will only repeat the location of the package information. Great, I know where the package is, I know why the package was delayed..now what good has all of this information done if they are going to hold the package hostage? This one mistake by UPS will possibly cost us $800.00.

Excited for my daughters to encounter them like I had in the past, I asked upon entering, "Where are the puppies?" I was met with silence, followed by a sharp response: "We put them away for the day." I tried to keep things light by saying, "Okay, well, hi--how is everyone?" but received only a curt "We're good." I waited in line quietly until a young lady assisted us. My daughter, overhearing, asked about the puppies, and I explained there was usually a Great Dane and another dog. That's when a male employee interjected harshly: "I had to put the Great Dane down--you should be careful with what you promise." I was stunned, both by the rudeness and the sad news. The female owner then clarified that the dog had MS and could no longer walk, which explained the decision. I truly apologize for unintentionally reopening that wound; I had no idea, given the time since my last visit. A lot can change in two years, and I understand the pain of losing a beloved pet. That said, the tone and delivery were unnecessarily aggressive and off-putting. I simply wanted my daughters to share in the positive, dog-friendly experience that first drew me here for my business shipments. Unfortunately, the vibe now feels cold and unwelcoming--the energy is gone, and without that unique niche, there's little reason to return. I'd recommend others take their packages elsewhere for a more pleasant interaction.

Besides shipping, they offer mailbox rentals and printing, copying, and shredding services. They also have a notary and take passport photos. I believe they will also package items to mail for a fee. One side of the building is a gift shop with some unique gifts. If you are looking for a location to ship items or need other services, this is the place to go.

I'm retired Air Force as well and was completely appalled at this guy's total lack of professionalism.
