She showed up that night had my mother sign the document, but told her she didn't sign her last name, my mom told her she did, but she made her sign her last name twice, I e. Jane Doe, Doe,. Since my mom questioned her, rightfully so, she said the one witness would not sign because my mom's frail physical condition. She then said she would come back Saturday, but 5 minutes later said she wouldn't. She was incompetent, disrespectful, not honest and unreliable.
