I was happy to see they had a English language option on payment screen. They take credit card and Apple Pay! I selected a medium size washer which was 14 Euros to wash and a small dryer for about 4.50 euros for 30 minutes. The dryer has an option of 10 or 30 minutes. The washer cycle is selected by temperature and although it was in German it was pretty intuitive.

My experience of Austrian businesses in the past was if you're not a big bucks customer you don't count very much and you're not treated very kindly as a result. The opposite was true here. Pro Tips: You don't have to buy a €20 laundry card. You can pick the service you need, select the machine and pay via credit card. If the vending machine doesn't have detergent, it's also an optional add on when you pick the service you need. All else, you can go to Spar around the corner and buy some pods.

Drying a load of laundry in the smallest machine possible costs 4 Euros for a half hour (which is sufficient for under an 8Kg load) Based on my experience with another less nice laundromat, prices at these levels are normal in Vienna. I found the fact that they have machines that both wash and dry all in one really freaking cool! Unfortunately, these machines cost 10 Euros (same as wash and dry separately), and there are only three of them in this place. I actually wandered in twice, first for a nice paper/envelope set and the other for a 2025 weekly desk calendar. These products appeared to have been made in house, which for me is always a bonus.
