Our cats were super soft from good brushing when we returned. In addition to taking very good care of our cats, he took very good care of our mail, newspapers, trash collection, etc. Our place was very clean when we came back (one of our cats vomits sometimes and Al must have cleaned them well). He always updates us with nice photos of our cats while we are away and he communicates very well with us. He is very trustworthy and dependable. Also, his charge is very reasonable for all the things he does. I could tell our cats were very happy with Al, as they were quite mellow when we returned. Our cats were quite loud and needy when we had a different sitter. We found Al through Yelp when we desperately needed a new cat sitter. I met Brendan years ago when he was walking my roommates dog every day. If you knew this guy, you'd know that was massive development! A few years later, I adopted an amazingly energetic boy named Dexter. Dex was already well behaved but has boundless energy that really needed an outlet while we are away at work. Since my roommate had such great luck with Brendan, I decided to give him a call. Its been two years since we started working with Brendan and I couldn't be happier! Brendan has a key to our house and takes Dex out several times a week to go on doggie excursions and knock out some of that energy. Every day when we get home, we can tell Dex has enjoyed a solid workout. What's better is that Brendan is happy to board Dex at his home anytime we have to leave town. We often joke that Dex would prefer to live with Brendan, as he is always thrilled to see him. Sometimes he boards him for a night, other times it can be weeks. No matter how long we're gone, we know he's in good hands and he is always happy to accommodate our schedules to ensure Dex is taken care of.
