I meditate and practice qi gong daily, and I have done so for years -- a recent series of events in my life led me to experience a guided release in December 2021, which was a profound and positive experience. My intention in working with Karallyn was to find someone in Asheville who could take my spiritual journey to the next level, so to speak -- and to help me identify the path of highest and best use for my spiritual growth.
