Ruth Ann highlighted my hair, the highlights were good, but she did not do the back of my hair and when I question this, she said I did not tell her to do the back. The treatment from her was from a very immature girl. My daughter was to get a hair cut and I was to have all my hair highlighted. She disappeared so many times that she could have cut my daughter many times. She said she did not have time to style our hair. I gave a S20.00 tip, two wrongs did not make a right. I wished I had asked to talk to the manager of the salon. First and last time going there.

She got her hair done, and both of us together cost the same my hair alone used to cost at another establishment here in Bowling Green. I will never leave here! And it was only Matt and another stylist and they had a ton of walk-ins but when you're a walk and you have to wait make an appointment if you don't wanna wait I got seen and my daughter got seen at our appointment times!! I went to see Christin yesterday and she did amazing!!!! My color is perfect and exactly what I asked for. She trimmed my hair perfectly as well. She removed all my dead ends and kept my long layers. My hair looks so healthy and happy today. CM obtained a loyal customer today. She also squeezed me in within 2 days of calling and requesting such a short notice. That's awesome. Like I told Christin yesterday, I could tell as soon as she started touching my hair that she knows what's she's doing, and she proved it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Good stylists don't need gauges , guards or blade limiters. I should have used a photo rather than explaining what I wanted in my trim. While I am the worst ay describing what I hope to achieve, the difference between leaving enough hair to cover up a receding hairline and being able to see the hairline clearly are completely different hair styles.
