THEY LIED AND SAID THAT THEY DID HAVE THEM. THEY DID NOT 2) They put the same glue that you put on hair extensions to make wigs on your eyes. I recognize that smell and glue anywhere. 3) The GLUE BURNS 4) I attempted to stop them when they were working on my left eye. I asked them to remove it but they said they couldn't otherwise it would rip my lashes out because it was dry. (And because I didn't want to walk around with lashes half done at the mall I let them do my right eye). After walking around the mall my eye continued to burn and my eyes were starting to get red. I was in on of the dressing rooms in the stores i say that the lashes were CLUSTERS AND WAS CLUMPED UP AND HAD GAPS. I went back to ask them to remove it again. They said they couldn't but offered to give me a fill in to make it equal and even. OBVIOUSLY I SAID NO. MY EYES ARE HURTING. I asked how I could remove it. They said to just wash with soap and water. I asked for a refund and the woman said no because she said "I need to be able to eat too." I looked at her and the other woman and left. I immediately went to the bathroom and removed it.

I'm almost positive that none of the employees are even licensed, and their lack of professionalism showed from start to finish. First, they didn't wear gloves--so unsanitary. My eyes were burning the entire time from whatever product they used, and they made no effort to protect my eyes during the process. To top it all off, they actually put mascara on my lashes at the end--clearly trying to cover up how badly they had botched the job. It was obvious they had no idea what they were doing and just wanted to make it look better instead of actually fixing the problem. When I called to address my concerns, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they blamed my lashes, saying it was just "the way they were" (which is ridiculous) and didn't offer a refund. The lack of customer care and basic hygiene here is shocking. The only thing they seem to do well is threading. But when it comes to lashes (and probably any other service they offer), they have no business attempting it. Do yourself a favor--go somewhere safe, clean, and professional. We called ahead asking if they had availability and were told to come in. When we arrived, I was directed to the back... and then left standing there with no guidance. There didn't seem to be any communication between the front and the back, so I just stood awkwardly until someone eventually noticed me and pointed me to a seat. Throughout my visit I watched multiple customers standing around confused about where to go or who to check in with. A simple "we'll be right with you" or a quick instruction would make a huge difference. I was handed a book and told to pick a color. Only later did I learn that the colors in that book cost extra -- something no one mentioned up front. I had chosen the most basic pedicure and certainly wasn't expecting added charges just to choose a polish color. I also asked for polka dots on my toes (I came in with them, so it was clear what I wanted). The first time I asked, the nail tech just stared at me. After she finished the base color, I repeated the request, and she nodded... but then continued without doing them. By the time she was finishing up, I stopped her again to ask, and she still didn't do them. If staff members are unsure what a customer is asking for, someone should jump in and assist -- especially since multiple employees could hear me. My daughter asked for a full set. One tech started, then told her to sit and wait for someone else to finish. After my services were done, we sat at the front and watched two walk-ins (who openly said they had no appointment) get seated immediately, while my daughter continued waiting. After 15 minutes -- and already being there for over two hours -- she decided she would just go elsewhere. Only when we stood to pay were we told she'd be "next," but by then we'd had enough. To top it all off, one of my fresh nails cracked on the side before we even left, and my daughter's shaping (from the little that was done) looked uneven. Then I was charged extra for the polish color I didn't know carried an additional fee -- and I still didn't get the design I asked for. There are too many salons in the area to settle for inconsistent communication, surprise charges, and work that doesn't hold up. I hope they improve, but for now, we'll be going elsewhere.
