The vets there take the time with you and your dog and I have a very nervous dog that hates men but the doctor was able to handle him with no issue whatsoever. We make the drive across the border because the staff is three times better than most vets in our area, the low cost is just the icing on the cake. My daughter sent messages daily to ask about the "babies". I felt she was too much, but she was always answered promptly and sent short videos of them enjoying their stay. One of the dogs developed an ear infection (common for her) while there. I was sent text messages with pictures immediately and Stitxh even cleaned her ears which gave her some relief. Stitch knows his business very well and treated my dogs spectacularly. I had no worries or concerns. Well, maybe a little to get my dog to the vet but she just had dirty ears from the constant hair growth in there.
