Placed an order for birthday flowers (3 days in advance) to be delivered to someone special in a nursing home. Called at 2pm on the day of requested delivery as a follow-up only to be told that "due to supply chain issues" the order had been cancelled. I was never notified !! Had to scramble to get a new order placed for same day delivery with another florist. Pitiful. read more

Ordered floral arrangement for a funeral. They were very good at helping us figure out what we wanted and within budget.

LOVE Posey Peddler. Their arrangements are always magnificent and the value is good. Their best work is when you give them a price range and ask them to make it wonderful and give them creative freedom. I have never been disappointed when I've asked them to make it their own. They are also quick to fix things when something is wrong. I had brown flowers on a corsage once and they fixed it, and made it even better, immediately. They also had an issue with some flowers for Mother's Day corsages turning brown so they went above and beyond to make the corsages extra gorgeous because they could not use the flowers originally promised. You will not find a more creative shop in this town! The girls are very helpful! They have the largest selection of unique flowers and their gift shop is very eclectic! I never write reviews, but I was so disappointed in a birthday gift I sent a friend that I signed up just to write this one. The flowers were faded and tattered around the edges. They looked secondhand. One of the better flowers immediately 'lost its head.' It just dropped to the ground, while the arrangement was sitting on her desk, leaving an ugly stalk protruding. My friend was as polite as could be about it, but I felt like I had thrown my money in the trash. And the container was the flimsiest thing I've ever seen. I've always been a fan, but I'll try someone else next time. read more
