I had an adult issue and I needed to solve in like an adult. By having someone else fix it. I know my strengths. I'm not very handy and I don't have the wherewithal to sit, watch, digest, and replicate YouTube videos. So, without much else to go on than knowing my need, I went on to the Jelps to look for a plumber. I found Tommy. I sent him an email and detailed my issue. He got back to me promptly, identified the issue, sent me an estimate, and a time he could show up to fix the problem. Easy. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would, introduced himself, went through the general niceties, and got to work in the kitchen. The problem was what he thought it was and he had the tools and replacement parts at the ready. It made it easy that parts, labor, time, etc. were all inclusive in the estimate. There were no surprise costs even when/if the problem could take a bit longer to fix than necessary. Tommy got me back to where I needed to be with a new part, reminder to send in the warranty, and a sink that was fully functional.
