In a city where a lot of companies try to upsell you or overcharge, they absolutely do not. They're honest, straightforward, and provide excellent service every single time. What I appreciate most is that they actually follow up afterward to make sure everything is going well, which says a lot about how much they care about their customers. It's hard to find companies with this level of professionalism and consistency anymore. I will absolutely continue using them and highly recommend them to anyone needing pigeon removal services. Thank you so much for always being dependable and professional.

Their prices were reasonable and they were able to come back in a few hours to do the install that same day! Our roof was pressure washed and optical gel treatment was done. The staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. For those who don't know, optical gel is a deterrent using sight and smell. It apparently looks like fire to the birds. Very impressive, as it definitely does a great job of keeping the birds away! Since their service was excellent, I called them again a few months ago to see what they could do for our solar panels. We noticed that birds were starting to come around after we got them installed. Again, they quoted a reasonable price and they came back to screen off our solar panels a few days later. I'm happy to report that our roof is bird free! Overall the team was awesome and took the time to do the job right! I appreciated the attention to detail, the before and after pictures included in the emails, and Danielle who was friendly and very organized. Highly recommended!

They showed up when they said they would, brought all the equipment needed, were super great with my overly-interested (and frankly, annoying) big dog, and communicated well with me throughout the process. I don't have solar panels on my home (yet!) but they cleaned ALL the huge windows on our two-story home. There was a lot of construction in the area and we are right up against a mountain, so the windows were DUSTY and GRIMEY. The equipment they used on my windows is the same that they use on PV panels, and it left the windows clean and spotless -- which if you're familiar with Las Vegas water, you know that's a very hard feat to accomplish. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!
