We had only come because a friend recommended the pasta. We looked at the menu and it was only pizza. Another friend told us the pizza was terrible-the cheese used hard and disgusting. So after the extremely unwelcoming environment and the pizza only menu we sidesaddled and found a delicious gnocchi restaurant up the road. Won't be back.

We stayed in a suite, which looked a bit more spacious in the photos, so that was a small disappointment. There were also a few bugs and small critters (mosquitoes, crickets, lizards), but considering the off-grid, jungle-meets-beach vibe, it's understandable.
