I WILLL NEVER GO BACK!! My appointment was for 435, my session did not start until 645 because walkins came in 5 mins before my appt time. They close at 6 so since my appt didn't end up starting until 645, they were rushing us. We had 3 children under the age of 4 (which we included when we booked) so with the long wait, they of course got cranky. The photographer is the one & only reason that I am giving 1 star. She worked with us while her manager rushed her to rush us because they were already closed. THEN, the pricing was nothing at all like they made it seem online. Online they also said they did military discounts, but in person they did not honor it. All in all, I paid $280 for 12 pictures. The taxes alone came out to like $70. If you're looking for something quick & inexpensive, this is definitely not your place. read more

In spite of setting up an appointment days in advance, we were left waiting for 45 minutes while a studio sat empty and our eventual photographer was largely unoccupied. Once begun, our session was interrupted almost immediately so the photographer could answer the phone, further lengthening our wait. We wound up walking out and received no apology or attempt to make amends from the studio when we told them why we were leaving. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. What a complete waste of time. My family made an appointment and when we walked in the next day, 10 mins before our appointment time, there was no way our appointment could happen on time. They had multiple families waiting and the photographers would take the pictures, then sit with the families to edit and upsell the shots, which took twice as long as shooting the pictures. After waiting for 45 minutes, we left. I wouldn't waste the time going here. read more

Very nice people one of that last portrait studios in Columbus. Went in with my son and took pictures about 20 Minutes later I received my photos. So extremely fast service. The only thing I have to wait on is a book of pictures that was ordered. Not as pricey as some other places I have been, but they do have a lot of packages to choose from. read more

I would like to thank the associate named Bre who took our family photos this past weekend. We had a large group...she was very professional and friendly. We started on time and she took her time in making sure our visit was pleasant. Our pictures came out great and she made sure that we got what we wanted. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the price was a little high however I really enjoyed my experience. read more
