My husband and I were late for our appointment. We was contacted by an employee as we was in route to the studio.. when we arrived we checked in and was told they didn't know when we was gonna be able to get in because we were late, five minutes later we were called to start our session and the Photographer was so amazing she had great ideas . We've been here several times to take family photos and they typically turn out well. My one big concern is that the photographers seem to work on commission so if you don't end up spending a nice chunk of change at the end I've had them get down right rude to me and my family. On our most recent visit we told the photographer before hand we only wanted one family Christmas photo and one additional of our son. Even with this information, she still seemed to flip out at the end when ordered exactly what we told her we'd order. In short, if you want just one or two shots I'd suggest going else where. read more

A month ago, I would have left a terrible review. Honesty, my studio experience was pretty rough. I made an appointment online beforehand for Christmas photos, which was a simple process. When the photographer called us back, he said, "oh, I thought you were doing Christmas pictures, since you're not, let's find another room." I told him we were there for Christmas pictures, to which he replied that we weren't "dressed for them." Who is HE to say if we are dressed appropriately for OUR photos?!? We all had on jeans and sweaters. We did sparkly photos last year and wanted something a little more low-key this year. He did manage to get a few shots that we liked, but the printers were down, so we weren't able to get them printed that day. Fast forward. We get the pics.. They are terrible. Dark, one is an odd angle. Just weird. That wasn't how they were on the preview screen at all, but, it was Christmas card time, so unhappily, I sent them out anyway. I called to see if they'd lighten and reprint my 8 x 10s and 10 x 13s, because I wanted nice ones to frame, and they said they would. They had trouble reprinting my order because of the fiasco with the printer being down when we were originally there, so they said they'd mail them to me (free). The girl that I spoke to in the studio was very nice. She did an awesome job lightening my photos, and she zoomed in and dealt with the photo with the awkward pose. I am very happy now, and I received them from UPS in 4 days from reprint contact, which I thought was very timely. If having good family photos is the ultimate end goal, I finally got them. It just was a series of unfortunate events to get to this level of satisfaction. read more

I went into the studio on 11/20/2018. I told Sydney that I wanted photos of my daughter & my 2 children together. She proceeds to take pictures, including tons of my son by himself. When it came time to purchase I told her I only needed prints of my kids together & of my daughter. She tried to continually guilt trip me into buying more photos. Part of my package included a mug & ornament. I asked when they would be in, Sydney told me in about 2 weeks. At the two week mark, I contacted the studio. They were not in, but they gave me a date of the 10th. The studio was not open on the 10th, so I called on the 12th. My items were still not in. I was told these dates were estimates, not guarantees. I have called almost daily & they still to not have my items that I paid for. As of today (12/18/18), I've given up hope that it lol be able to use these items as Christmas gifts as I had intended. "Indoor photography studio". I found out about this studio through one of their holiday promotions, but it was one of those promotions that netted me to buy more than I wanted. By the end of the transaction, I was paying about $100 for photos. I cannot say I was extremely impressed with the photos taken here; no photo-journalistic elements about it. The people taking pictures have a pretty decent eye, but don't expect a lot of flair about the pics. Photos were plain, nothing out of the ordinary and prepare to be sold more pictures than you initially wanted to buy. Our photos came out pretty dark, but I was able to get them lightened and re-printed without an additional cost (1st star). Another If you need a place to get dressed, they can definitely accommodate that (2nd star). The kids play area was a bonus (3rd star), but watch for those kids, who play rough. My daughter got her finger smashed on the Lego table by another child here at 2-years old. I was mortified! I will not be back here unless I am super desperate for photos. read more

False advertising!! Wasted my entire day and money on outfits planning for photos that were advertised as a special for $9.99. When they called to confirm my appointment I was sure to mention my coupon and I asked if I would have to purchase a package in order to use the coupon. I was told that the coupon was fine but I would "want to" buy more. Only to get there and have the coupon ignored and told that my price would be over $300. Then after removing most of my pictures was down to $94.00. The photographer just continued to fast talk me but never address the coupon. A scam. read more

They did a great job on my pictures and you get to take the pics home that day. Ask for coutney cause she was real good with making my baby smile. I'd didn't give 5 stars cause the coupon said it was only gonna be thirty dollars but we ended up spending close to 200. We had portraits done on Nov. 22nd at this studio. I understand that it was a busy (VERY BUSY) day, but not only was the photographer rushed (after we had been seen an HOUR past our appointment time), we were being heavily pressured to spend a LOT more than we wanted, even after we told the woman our budget. And, the icing on the cake is this: At check out, after being told that she would split it between me and my sister, the young woman working the desk (Tasha) states, "I don't have a calculator, I can't do that". Really? Also, when asked for further explanation about WHY my mother was incorrectly charged for the special $14.99 package, I am offered absolutely NO explanation from her, other than "it is just an extra charge in the promotion". Uh... what? And this young woman proceeds to catch an attitude with me, after she cannot adequately do HER job, and then storms away, clearly not interested in helping me any longer. Luckily, her co-worker right next to her was nice enough to step in and take over - and offer me an apology for her co-worker's bad behavior. I have worked in customer service for a VERY long time - and that is NOT how it's done. In the end, I gave this experience 2 stars, only because the pictures came out OK. Not fabulous, but good. Staff is very rude and did not care to answer any of my questions. We arrived early for our appointment. After waiting an hour, there was no sign of us being called. I looked up the number for target portrait and asked if we could come in, they took us right away. I do not suggest going here and do not think just because you have an appointment, you will be seen on time. Luckily, I had no small children with me, I feel sorry for those that bring them. If you do not have amazingly patient kids, do not go to this place. Just awful! read more

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I created an account just to write this. The waiting area was a disaster...it looked like the floor had not been cleaned in a month. The bathroom had urine covering the floor and toilet paper all over. After waiting about 30 minutes, our photographer was super rude. She was in a hurry to take our pics and did not bother telling my kids how to sit, stand, etc. My son is super shy and she started taking pics before he would smile. I kept saying I don't want pictures unless they are all smiling and she kept doing it anyway. At the end of the ordeal we had no pictures with him smiling expect one where my two girls made him smile and they were whispering in his ear so we could not see their face...so I had to chose a pose where he wasn't smiling. I told her from the beginning I didn't want individual pics but they did them anyway. Then at the end I asked what the smallest package was since I didn't like the pics and she kept beating around the bush. I pretty much think they work on commission and she was pissed that I was not buying more poses. None of the kids had a real smile in one pic. It was the most awkward experience. It is basically the dollar tree of portraits. Do not go here! read more
