Seriously, be aware of using this company. I wouldn't call this a professional photography…read moreservice. Paid for an hour service with supposedly getting a certain amount of photos taken. Anyhow, time spent was approximately 10 minutes with half the number of photos taken. Didn't provide feedback on how to prepare for the photo shoots. Just pose whatever you like and shoot. Heck, I could get someone to do that from Home Depot for mininum wage. On top of that, she brought along her little kids. If she couldn't find a babysitter, she could have called and rescheduled to suit a better time.. Sorry folks. but wouldn't use this photographer ever nor recommend to anyone else.

I contacted Rachel via email and booked a slot for Engagement Pictures about a month in advance…read more She was very nice and responded quickly. However, two days before the shoot, I contacted her to finalize the location of where to meet. She suddenly replied indicating that she was starting to feel sick and would have to cancel. This was disappointing but the fact that she didn't contact me first to let me know and didn't tell me what days she had open to reschedule. This made me think that she either double booked or just needed extra time for packing as she was going on vacation after that weekend. I asked a couple times what days she had available and if her online calendar was up to date (which it wasn't), and I kept getting a generic answer of having a couple week days open sometime in next couple weeks. She was not helpful and I decided not to re-book as it was starting to become complicated. I guess she just wasn't interested in my business. I wouldn't recommend her due to this lack of attention and professionalism.
