Service is always top-notch here. I would say that this is the area that brings the majority of the repeat custom to this place. Friendly and welcoming, funny and sincere. Always fantastic. The little kid in me is always awakened when I am on the lower level to this place... THEY HAVE OLD-FASHIONED SWEETS DOWN THERE! Yup, Refreshers, Banana Skids, Love Hearts, Fizzers... If you are early enough, the main highlight is the bongo player, which brings rhythm into the bar.
