Though it's a small shop, visibility to the customer area in the front isn't great, so sometimes when they're busy they don't see you right away and you have to speak up. They've been quick to respond to emails, and have a decent turnaround time regularly, with the option for a ~$25 rush fee for same-day printing. Automatic notifications go out when your order is ready for pickup. Quality has been good on the color flyers and postcards I've had printed, and I'll be looking to do a few poster boards soon so I'm hopeful those will turn out great.

Bike Punk is excellent…read more Working as a digital printing rep for almost a decade, I think the first thing to know about Bike Punk Printing is their equipment is top rate. For their stickers they're using a Roland Digital Solvent Printer with an INTEGRATED digital cutter. They have the machinery to not only print sharp graphics that are photographic quality with excellent color, clarity and tonal contrast--AND they can cut the materials in just about any shape you can think of (really). My experiences with the ink and paper materials they source have MUCH been better than with some other shops. For example the paper they print on is American made, wears like iron and the material keeps its form (in small sticker size) remarkably well if it's re-applied (other papers I have used in the past stretch like silly putty). Impressive. The people at Bike Punk are down to earth and are there to help. Right off the bat, they gave me a competitive price, and really helped get me to where I needed to go. And yes, they play punk rock RECORDS in their office. They have much larger clients, and they DON'T treat me like a number. If there's any problems they have been as helpful as they have been able. The service they provide and the care that they have shown me is equal or better than the high grade printing that they are selling--from a small, local business. In any case, I wanted to say that I was really impressed with Sign Wizards from the beginning. I worked with both Sara and Lena who were both excellent. The background is that I started my own solo plastic surgery practice and was in need for a sign behind the lobby counter as well as vinyl for the glass within my front door. I had seen their storefront as well as looked at examples of their work. They seem to do a ton of well-known businesses in the area. All I can say is that from day 1, they met my very high expectations. We started communicating about a sign a while ago knowing that the lead time for a large metal sign could be a few weeks. The vinyl took less time, but they met with us and turned around an awesome design with multiple versions in a very short time period. Both were just recently installed and look amazing. The whole sign process was painless (in a sea of painful processes related to building). Fast turnaround, great communication, and an amazing product. They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I would rate the end result with a single star. but I gave them two instead. I'm sorry to post this negative review. I'm glad to know that there are many five star reviews.
