(They have daily specials of locally-caught fish). Much of the menu is gluten-free. The lunch menu includes pittas, salads and panini as well. Local sourcing means many of the ingredients are from Cornwall. They also clearly pride themselves on the provenance of their coffee (though we didn't sample it.) Service was extremely friendly and efficient, though prices reflect the quality and location: three tapas each, plus pudding and wine and a tip, came to £30 a head.

Also a brunch menu of eggs benedict/florentine etc. Salads include lamb souvlaki in pitta bread;seared beef carpaccio; Cornish blue cheese, pear & walnut. So, above average stuff. I had a wonderfully tasty field mushroom bruschetta with garlic and parmesan (£6.50). Washed down with Cornish cider in the sunshine, watching the yachts sway on a turquoise sea, this place is a treat.
