It took me forever to get to the UPS Store because there were so many things I had to figure out. When I called, one of the guys who was always there explained to just bring in the label on my phone and they could print it. When I got there, the other guy who is always there COMPLETELY HANDLED my uncloseable box. This was an expensive item and I was so stressed out about getting it back to Overstock and I couldn't carry it myself and he just did it. In like, two minutes. I will definitely stop being afraid of returns, because the service is so fast and affordable. I wanted to review because other people might be flustered by a return with a million steps. I am so relieved, thank you Babylon UPS store :)

He greeted me warmly and treated me like a friend--even mentioned I was the first person to show him an Amazon return code through a digital wallet! The staff here consistently deliver excellent customer service, which keeps me coming back. That said, the lines are usually long, and it's rarely a quick in-and-out--I typically wait at least 15 minutes, no matter the time of day. The store is currently undergoing renovations, and the Internet connection is poor, but I still plan to return because the service makes it worth it.

From the first point of contact, Vagan Sadoian was incredibly responsive, clear, and professional--he made sure every detail was covered and that we felt confident the signing would go smoothly. But the real hero of the day was Dante, Vagan's colleague, who showed up right on time and handled everything with calm precision and a great attitude. Given the short notice and weekend timing, I was fully expecting delays or hiccups--but Dante came through in the clutch, prepared and focused. His professionalism helped move everything along quickly and made a potentially stressful situation feel effortless. I've worked with notaries before, but this was on another level--fast, friendly, and fully reliable.
