I do not understand these reviews. Undercooked. Mushrooms weren't even cooked on the top. It was like they tossed canned mushrooms over the top when they were done. The sauce tastes like generic Prego and the crust was meh at best. All I can think is, people that love this pizza have never eaten even decent pizza in any city. I'd called in for my order. Two medium pizzas , one veggie, and one pepperoni with both garlic butter crust and hot wings. The female staff said approximately time with be done in 25 mins. Mind I called in my order @408pm. However upon arrive at 435 to pay for my two pizzas and hot wings. They said they're working in my order now. Upon paying for my order I had to waited additional another 15 mins. And I even verify with the staffs approximately total of 6-8 that work during shift. Please make sure to have garlic butter on my crust on my phone order and in person. By time my order was done it's close to 5 pm. As I reach home and look to see failed and incorrect, it had no garlic butter crust, and the wings had thousand island sauce for the hot wings. Came back to show them what crap of service is this? Make a second trip when it was easy prevent if did a quick final check. My family and I have been ordering this pizza place for more than 10 years. Service is crap. This pizza has not failed me. I added garlic butter to the crust (no extra charge) and the pizza was just so perfect and so amazing. The customer service is just as good as the food. It's literally just a carry-out place, but they do have chairs inside to wait for your pizza to come out.. Even when they are busy the time frame they give me is always just right.
