Anthony really helped me out keeping the repairs under the budgeted amount from my insurance company. I trust Anthony and him being honest and up front with repair costs. I really appreciated their honesty and found their pricing to be very comparable. They were speedy, very friendly, and cleaned up so that I never knew they were there - except of course for my clean new fascia board. Additionally, I am a real estate agent and have hired GeRoy Construction to handle several handy-man type projects for my clients (again - very thorough, honest, and price competitive.) Have also recommended them to clients/friends to handle bigger remodel projects. Have heard nothing but good things!

We first worked with them for a kitchen remodel in 2023 and are still blown away by the work they were able to do for us! We removed an old wall and created a kitchen island to open up our space, set up a custom coffee bar, and fully ripped out all old finishings/etc! They were able to match the old arches of our 1927 to bring the character into our modern kitchen that we love about our house. They were extremely communicative about any changes, challenges, or delays. We even went on a long vacation during the project and we felt completely at ease knowing they were progressing on the kitchen while we were away. We recently brought Sadie, Medardo, and Gerardo back in for some plumbing, drywall, and electrical upgrades that became a bit of an upstairs project. Their work is exceptional every time and we know we will continue to work with their team in the future. Highly recommend!

Huge thanks to Chase and the whole crew. If you're looking for a good team that actually does what they say they're gonna do, definitely give them a call.

My partner and I bought a 100-year-old home in Seattle that needed a lot of love: total overhaul of electric and plumbing, an extensive kitchen renovation, and I won't even tell you about the smell. We got quotes from a number of different contractors, and from our first interaction, Carlos was the most organized and personable. He also struck the right balance between hearing what we wanted in the house and offering his expertise and advice. During the project, he and his team put in long days and did careful, beautiful work (the kitchen is the gem of the place! we always get compliments on it). They also went out of their way to help us while we were doing our own projects on the house. You should choose CSC, LLC for your projects because of the excellent work that they do, but the bonus is that you will not find a team with more integrity and pride in their work. We had a couple of issues--more than reasonable given the scope and time frame of this project--and Carlos was a phone call away, and went above and beyond to resolve everything. We will definitely be calling him for any future projects.

I would not ever recommend this overpriced company for any of your home remodeling needs. If I could give CSC, LLC 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, the lowest grade on Yelp is 1 star. If for some reason you do decide to hire CSC, LLC understand you might be going back to fix lousy work later on down the road. Below you will see a break down of work that needed to be fixed or replaced and the cost associated. Carlos bad work: -Entire electrical troubleshooting/diagnosing and fixing bad work $3,460.50 *Carlos cost: $6,500. Not including fixing any issues. -Three disconnect outlets need to be replaced and up to code. (Extra cost: $2200) *Carlos cost: $4,800 -Four wall outlets needed to be replaced in the event space (extra cost: $800) -faulty wiring for the disconnects and completely had to be replaced. (Extra cost $500) *Carlos cost: $4,800 -Snaked my kitchen sink and didn't put the plumbing back together (extra cost: $220) *Carlos cost: $250 -Basement door lock (2 months of waiting time. This left my property unlocked and exposed) -While doing drywall, sheetrock, and paintwork, there were no drop cloths used in the process which resulted in paint splatter, mud, and drips of unknown substance all over my home. His team did clean up the mess but was one of the sloppiest drywall jobs I have ever seen. I interviewed one of his employees the day before they started and he tells me, "My specialty is drywall, sheetrock, and paint work." -during the installation of the garbage disposal, there were large drops of an unknown substance under the sink. -City violation for working on an ECA Critical slope. He should have known this before starting the project. (Extra fees associated with the violation are close to $10,000) -Response time to any detailed text or email would take anywhere from a few days to a week. I even flew out to Seattle from my home in Reno to review the remaining scope of work and he pretty much forgot that we were meeting. I called him after he was half an hour late and reminded him that I flew in for the meeting and he was late. I was a solid customer and paid all of my invoices on time. I would even provide the team some lunch, drinks, snacks, and donuts in the morning. I would have expected to receive a higher quality of work after spending over $40,000 with CSC, LLC.

My original review is below: We hired Unique Northwest Building for carpentry and drywall work to upgrade the interior design of our home. We installed some wooden slats and installed a new door. It's very rare to find contractors who go above and beyond and Daniel from Unique Northwest was one. We are extremely pleased with Daniel's work (refer to photos). While the photos speak for themselves, for those interested in learning more about our experience, read further. From the get-go, we were very pleased with Daniel's responsiveness. Due to Covid and some logistical issues on our end, our request was conducted via phones and photos. Daniel was prompt, communicative and addressed our concerns. We were concerned about project scope as we couldn't conduct an in home visit (again, due to an issue on our side), however, Daniel had scoped it correctly and there were no last minute bait and switches in pricing, which we appreciate a lot. During the job, Daniel went to great pains to understand the details of our requirements and did a walk through the house to made sure he had got it all right. On the job, he was quick on his feet, yet thorough and precise in his woodwork. When necessary, he went by himself to procure the wood and other materials we needed and ensured he had it all right. If there were any issues he found while doing the woodwork, he would let us know immediately to confirm his proposal, and we mostly deferred to his expertise - which he had in plenty. In three days, he transformed our house from a mediocre place to a gorgeous layout. We had some other minor issues that needed fixing in the house (fixing some plumbing), which Daniel took care quickly as well. He had to come for an extra half day to finish some paint work as it needed time to dry, which he did meticulously again. We are extremely pleased with our result, and all of our friends have loved the new design. I would 100% recommend Unique Northwest Building and Daniel for any of my contracting work and would definitely hire him again. Thank you again Daniel was doing a fantastic job!

His communication is very prompt, accurate, complete and he provided insights and recommendations that I appreciate along the way. Our home remodel took over 2 months to complete and he single handedly did most of the work, and only subcontracted the electrician, plumbing, and custom glass shower door. He came to our house on time and worked on the rooms sequentially. He left the work in progress rooms and our house organized and clean all the time. He worked on a few weekends to ensure the project ended on time, and this was also because I added scope along the way. We were very impressed with his professionalism, patience, and his attention to detail, that even there are areas that I didn't plan for him to address, he took the initiative to address it to make the look complete and right. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking for the best value and quality work for their home. Many people have who have seen the remodel can't stop complimenting and have been asking for his info for their next home project. I won't be surprised if his schedule gets booked quickly!
