The lady at the front is the sweetest human, she recognized me after only my second trip in there. I bought a tiny gift for my little sister to cheer her up, since it was the anniversary of the death of a close friend. When I told her that, she took the time to put the gift in a cute little bag and tie a bow around it. It's hard to find customer service like that.

Not once did the sales lady speak to the customer even when the grateful customer thanked her. I then walked up to pay for my item and a different lady behind the counter had an attitude. A strangers birthday surprise we'll never forget…read more.. Yesterday, while treating my daughter and her friend to a day at the mall, while both were enjoying their cotton candy treats a kind young man stopped by. He said it was his 19th birthday--and that every year, he gifts kids a Build-A-Bear in memory of his own childhood experience. He asked if he could buy the girls their own bears as his birthday gift. They screamed with joy! I was speechless, overwhelmed by his generosity and the beauty of the moment. To the Bullard, TX stranger: thank you for reflecting God's character and not looking to flaunt or advertise your generosity, but to simply live how God intends us to be. You inspired two little hearts to do the same. Build-A-Bear, your staff was incredible. This was more than just a store visit--it was a powerful experience of giving, creating, and sharing joy.
