My husband ordered a gluten-free pizza, and after we had been waiting quite a while, we asked if it was ready. We then watched the employee ask the cook about it, and it was pretty obvious from his reaction that he had forgotten it in the oven. He rushed to pull it out, and we could smell that it was burnt from where we were standing. They boxed it up and gave it to us without acknowledging what happened or offering to remake it. There were also several smaller mistakes. We had said our order was to go, but my individual slices were served on a paper plate, and when I reminded them, they just put another plate on top and bagged it. I also ordered a side of marinara that was forgotten completely. When we asked for extra plates, the response felt almost annoyed, like we were inconveniencing them. The staff was helpful enough, but the overall attitude felt abrupt and a little unfriendly. It's unfortunate because my pizza was actually really good, and the prices were great. I could see myself liking the food here, but the service and burnt gluten-free pizza made the overall experience disappointing. :::

UPDATE: Love love love this place! My friends and I came hungry and ordered the XL Pop's Supreme. This pie was more than enough and the crust/toppings were superb. The crust was crispy yet flaky and did not bloat me because it's gluten-free. Never gave gf a 2nd thought, but it really makes a difference. When we arrived, they changed the estimate to 15 to 20 minutes. We were not seated until a full hour later.The terrible service didn't stop there--we waited another 30 minutes just to get our drinks. If we hadn't invited family out to celebrate my son, we would have walked out immediately. This place completely failed us on a special day. Never again.

The server said there's no room, we asked if they could move 2 tables together, the server mumbled that if they seat us inside then the restaurant will be full (it wasn't), and that the only option is outside. They just moved 2 tables together for the party before us. She said she would ask the manager. The manager was just as useless, he stood in the back, both staring while they talked about how they could move tables together. The girl at the bar did nothing but stare. Finally they said they could move the tables together. They moved them, placed napkins on it and then the hostess came back to the front and folded napkins. Didn't say we could sit, nobody came to tell us it was ready, they just sat there staring and folding napkins. We waited another 5 minutes and nobody said anything to us, so we ended up going to another pizza sit down chain where we were seated with excellent service, and everyone working was not socially inept. Such a shame, we always had excellent service here, and didn't feel like we were inconveniencing them by wanting to eat here.

The owners are from Modena, Italy sharing their delicious recipes from back home. I had to do a little research on Modena because I had never heard of this city. It's north of Tuscany. Modena is a city in Italy's Emilia-Romagna region, famous for its UNESCO World Heritage historic center, luxury car industry (Ferrari & Maserati), and world-renowned gastronomy, particularly traditional balsamic vinegar, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, and Lambrusco wine. The restaurant provided complimentary bread with their homemade balsamic vinaigrette, which was excellent!! We recommend trying the following dishes: *Lobster Ravioli (MY FAVORITE) *Bolognese Lasagna *Mushroom Ravioli *Calamari Appetizer -w/restaurant made marinara The restaurant makes their own pasta. For dessert, we recommend trying their restaurant made: * Tiramisu *Crème brûlée (MY FAVORITE) The restaurant offers cooking classes for adults and children (6+) so be sure to check out their instagram page for workshop dates and times.
