I having been going to Pop's car wash for many years and a loyal customer, today I took the car there and paid the highest fees for an inside outside car cleaning. This carwash experience was was not at all comparable to previous experiences because the car mats were left filthy with dirt and not dried, the car was not dried or washed off from the dirt, the tires were not clean nor sprayed, the whole back of the car was left with dirt and water spots. So disappointed in my experience. When I called pop's I was told that they never do cars that way and that it was clean when I left there. WHAT??? I called to inform them of a problem and their implication was that it got that way between places? They have lost a long term customer because they made no attempt to correct a poor car wash. Pop has the Car Wash up for sale perhaps that is why the quality of service has so drastically declined. read more

Just got back from getting my wife's care "detailed" and boy what a mistake that was. They missed so many spots, didn't clean out any of the cup holders and the back of the SUV wasn't even done! Called back and spoke to the owner and he just made excuses and not one did he apologize or offer to make it right. Will NEVER frequent this place again and will NEVER recommend it either. pops carwash is a good place for a quick wash...the little girl that drives the new maxima she is the bomb.com she cleans my wheels as if they was her own ..thank you young lady i cant go without mentions vinny and his daughter they treat me like family and everyone i sends up there always tell me thank moe moe lol they think i got the hook up nah they just good people read more

Worst car wash ever. If you value your car and your possessions, do NOT go there. Absolute terrible experience. I have tried the new wash off 46 called WASHNROLL. It is the best. Fantastic wash, they brush your vehicle and get bugs off, car comes out super clean and dry. They also have free vacuuming. It ok for me to do my own vacuuming cause I do a better job than Pop's ever have. They have the best vacuums too. STRONG !!! People there are very nice and polite. I won't be back to Pop's. read more

The service was quick but very poor. I was not impressed at all by the staff or the quality of the job. I spent over $30 for the full works to be done not only did they do a bad job but they managed to lose one of my floor mats in the process and was unable to locate it. One employee did try to help correct the problems but overall I am NOT impressed at all. read more

If I could rate this place, and the owner a -10 I would. Thought I would give them another try . I was wrong.. Car was not vacuumed very well at all.. windows looked like they used a dirty rag. Owner came over and asked if there was a problem...I showed him. I lived in Dickson and used Ops car wash and had things done before and one day I went and asked for the same thing in the owner was there and he said we don't do that. I told the owner that it had been done for me before and told him again what I wanted. He became very rude and belligerent and said we will not do that we do not do that. My car was getting ready to be pulled into the wash and I told him to let me out of there that I don't want to do business with him and I would never do business with him again he was the rudest most obnoxious business owner I have ever met in my life. I would not recommend any star rating a one-star rating is too high for this car wash as they are terrible rude mean and don't care about their customers. The employees that did the same for me that I wanted were great but the owner is dead set against doing anything he does not want to do. Please do not use Pop's Car Wash they will treat you terribly if I could give him a - 10 Stars I would. Thank you read more

I keep my car clean, inside and out. I regularly get the PLATINUM ( top wash) at Pop's, Although its a little pricey, they always did a good job so I felt like it was worth it. Due to recent rains, I had some mud splatter near my rear wheel wells, basically, it was dried brown water, NOT CRUSTY OFF-ROAD MUD, but the intake attendant informed me that I'd be changed an additional $3. I don't mind paying a fair price but I HATE being NICKEL & DIMED unjustifiably. Seriously, it's a car wash.....but they want to charge extra if your car is dirty??? Isn't that why you go to a car wash? Sorry, you've just lost a regular and loyal customer. read more
