Each time I walk in here I am met by smiling, helpful folks who actually prioritize your needs over whatever menial tasks they may be doing at the time. The lines move quickly, they ask you how you are and they usually take extra steps to make the place seem welcoming, like on my latest visit when they added some holiday decorations. I have my issues with Wells Fargo as a whole, but if all there branches were like this they could sway me to actually be an account-holding customer.
