They are really good at checking you in and seeing you almost instantaneously at your designated appointment times, sometimes even earlier. The longest I've ever had to wait is 10 minutes, which is great for any doctor's office. I wish that they were also a dentist's office, because their service is phenomenal and I would choose them and probably go more often. I believe that Dr. Córdoba is an expert and a perfectionist, which means that your teeth are in good hands. He not only straightens teeth, but he ensures that they don't shift back. We originally were turned off by how expensive Dr. Córdoba's was compared to other orthodontists, but it is worth every single penny. He guarantees quality. Dr. Córdoba was the only orthodontist who advised getting a carriere system in order to correct my overbite. The other orthodontists wanted to just give me Invisalign, but Dr. Córdoba wanted to solve the problem. He will not take shortcuts. It does not matter how long it takes, he wants to give you GREAT service. I originally did not want to get braces, but Córdoba Orthodontics turned it into a pleasant experience. My husband went in for a basic exam and X-rays and paid the $50 for a second opinion. We expected to hear about a couple problem areas, sure, but what we didn't expect was the total refusal to give any actual information. They told him he had a "mouthful of cavities" and possibly needed one or two root canals... yet they would not tell us how many cavities, where, what teeth, whether he had gingivitis, or any specifics at all. Every single question was met with some version of, "You'll need to schedule another appointment for that" which, of course, would be another exam fee. No treatment plan, no transparency, nothing. Just a push to book a second visit before giving even the most basic details. When we asked if they could at least start anything (cleaning, filling, something) after that second "consult," the answer was a shrug and basically, "Maybe a cleaning." So essentially: two appointments, two charges, zero clarity, zero work done. Not sure who has the free time for that kind of runaround. On top of that, they tried pushing Invisalign on my husband who has never had TMJ symptoms, grinding issues, jaw pain, or anything that would justify it. They market themselves as "low-cost dentistry," but the exam is the only thing that's inexpensive. Everything else feels like an upsell or a delay tactic. They also refused to give him his X-ray and told him he'd need to call back on Monday to request it. Just strange all around. We really wanted to give this place a fair shot, but the lack of transparency, the pressure to come back for unnecessary consultations, and the random Invisalign push all added up quickly. Definitely felt like a waste of $50.

When my daughter had to move out of state for college, and I needed her records, they ignored me months after I filled out their required records release form. As a result, my daughter had to start from scratch in a new state and we have to pay for brand new scans, evaluation, etc. It's a shame, but this office is unreliable and I still can't believe they ignored me like that. I was a paying customer on auto-pay for almost 2 years and they treated me like nothing.
