After we filed it I called and went into the office no less than 8 times over the next year inquiring about my taxes.. Every time I called I got a different story. One time I was told not to worry because I had an additional extension due to a federal hurricane declaration. Another time I was told Bill was on vacation and he would call me back. Still other times I was told they were working on it and they would update me. Nobody ever returned my calls or kept me in the loop about anything. Finally, I started receiving letters from the IRS about paying my overdue taxes. Even when I called and told them this I was again told they would call me back. I finally ended up having to go a different route to file my taxes. In the end I payed four times the cost of going to a different accountant in late penalties and interest. They lacked the basic professionalism to tell me they weren't handling my tax return so I could get ahead of it and handle it differently. They just strung me along while it cost me thousands of dollars extra. Bill always seems very overworked and he will keep you hanging about the status of your taxes. I cannot recommend this CPA to anyone under any circumstances!

When I was transferred to her and she came on the line I didn't get a good vibe from her when she started asking questions, however I still continued on. As she continued to ask questions she wouldn't allow me to talk, kept interrupting me as if the info I was informing her of wasn't important. At that time before she placed me on hold I had already made up in my mind that if there was a offer given I would not accept it. I wouldn't want to do business with anyone who employs a person of her caliber. She was very unprofessional. I've worked in customer service over 15 years and I've dealt with all type of customers however I'm never rude to any of them even if they are rude to me. I would highly suggest someone speaks with this agent and take the proper disciplinary action with her because if not, your company will lose a lot of prospective clients as well as being reported to the BBB as I did today based upon such bad service I received. I asked to speak with a manager however one was not placed on the phone. The last agent I spoke with stated a Manager by the name of Mike would call me, however I have not heard from anyone and that was over 2 hours ago. I will be leaving a review and informing all of my friends and family not to do business with a company who treats customers this way. They avoid setting up meeting with human resource nor do they encourage innovative thinking and progressive moment. They refuse to award more work to those who want it. I told someone to respect us, because we are not look after and protecteceted by the management staff. They also scam clients through a clever "bait & switch " as people are looking for loans however we are told to get them to credit repair after purposely matching them high risk lenders regardless of what the client says.
