I had an event this past Saturday for my 21st birthday and from beginning to end the experience I had with Erik was just amazing! Communication was great! Something a lot of other photobooth companies lacked. I was soo impressed at their setup! The pictures qualities were just SUPER AMAZING my guests LOVED LOVED LOVED Popfoto! My party was 1920s themed and Erik definitely did a great job designing my strip and I loved the backdrop he chose! Andre was the attendant at my party and he was just as great to work with! MIRACLE WORKER!!! It was the day of my birthday, 8:30am to be exact. I reached out to Erik and was able to make my birthday the most amazing and memorable birthday of my life!!! He took on the job even though it was so last minute and had everything set up and ready to go by 7pm!!!! I looked at approximately 15 different photo booth companies on Groupon for my Dad's 70th birthday party. I was looking for a combination of nice quality photos, good reviews, and a fair price. After a few rounds of elimination, I narrowed my choices down to two. I ended up choosing PopFoto because Erik was attentive, answered all my emails, and threw in a few extras for our event. On the day of the event, I walked into our venue and Erik was done setting up, much earlier than his start time. I love that he allotted a good amount of time to set up. He was ready right when he was scheduled to start. He had nice equipment, with a bright flash as it was slightly dark in our venue. One thing that I repeatedly heard from my guests is that Erik was a fun, energetic photo booth attendant (let's be real - some are SO boring) that really engaged with our guests. He moved the camera in great angles to accommodate the size of the parties taking photos. He wasn't just standing there, handing out photos. He made the whole experience fun and I truly appreciated it. He also made sure all guests who wanted to have a photo taken, did have a photo taken. Erik was also not in a rush to start packing up after his time was up - very respectful and kind. We also had photos up in an online gallery within 2 days - super fast! Erik was extremely professional, efficient, helpful, and fun! Popfoto attended my wedding, and I have to say that Erik is a spectacular vendor! I was very impressed with his set up. The backdrop was very professional (not just hanging fabric like some photobooths do). The lighting was beautiful and there is a forward facing screen so you can see how you are posing. It's almost like a giant selfie station. Printing is also super fast AND you get multiple copies. Most importantly, Erik was SUPER fun to work with. Everyone deserves to have fun at an event (yes even vendors!) and Erik just seemed to work a crowd and group with a big smile and seemed to really enjoy himself. I love Erik. I would give him 5 more stars if I could. Erik worked with us on short notice. He worked with our budget. He was quick to respond to my 100 emails. He provided us with options for background as well as designed our photo strip design with many options. His presence at our event was very friendly and professional at the same time. Erik and his team are top notch. We needed a photo-booth sort of last minute for our wedding and thankfully they were not only available, but a breeze to work with. As a stressed out bride the best thing is someone who emails back immediately and takes care of everything. They also had to handle some logistical issues with our venue and not only did they handle it, but I didn't have to even think about it on my wedding day. I loved working with Erik and PopFoto ! If you are planning a wedding, shower, party save yourself research time and just call Erik. Right from the start he was so easy to talk to, communicate with and work with. He even customized our photo strip to match the theme of our baby shower. Our guests commented on how much fun it was to have a photo booth and how easy he was to work with. He arrived early to set up which was great as he was able to find a different spot for the photo booth that worked out better for us and our guests.
