I went for a quick bite for my wife and I. I ordered a 4 piece chicken combo with red beans and rice . The food was served very quick and hot. The gentleman at the counter was extremely pleasant and polite. I was very satisfied with how quickly I was served. The chicken was great as well . read more

We waited for 35 minutes for food and then when we finally asked they had not even put in our orders. We then had to wait even longer to get food. read more

They were out of both types of ranch, half the soda flavors were out in the machine, fried pickles were not cooked all the way and the guy in back working was eating bites of the food while cooking. Im not one to leave reviews but this was probably the worse fast food experience I've ever had. Eureka Mo location appx 8pm Thurs, June 25th read more

Ordered three piece combo using drive thru, two legs and a breast. Got home to find only two legs. Called the store a couple of times and no one answered. That's all for me. read more

Hands down worst fast food experience I've ever had, I don't write reviews, this one deserves it. Only car drive thru, they had me pull up and wait in my car for 20 minutes. Eventually I walked in asking if they had my order, received confused looks and confirmation it was never started. Proceeded to ask for a refund as they worked on the food, received the refund, then they stopped working on the food. I politely asked if I'd still get the meal I'd waited over a half hour for at this point, and they got snappy with me, spent another 5 minutes in the back and handed me a frozen cold chicken wrap and wings without sauce. Horrendous experience and customer service. They'll be out of business within 2026, complete garbage. read more

These worst restaurant location you could ever choose. I've been here 5 times at least and every single time the workers are rude, take forever to get you your food, food is usually terrible. This time I waited in the drive through for 12min and not a single word was spoken to me with zero cars ahead of me. I pulled forward and they were laughing at the window with each-other and on their phones. Do not waste your money. I've also had them tell me they didn't make blackened tenders anymore when it was a blantanlt lie. read more

They're slow, understaffed, and inefficient. They're always out of a number of food items.

Chicken pieces were hot and great. The fries were warm and not cooked enough, the seasoning was tasty Easy to find from I 44 Plenty of parking Pleasant helpful staff read more

Can't dine in during the middle of the day on a Friday. Watched 5 future customers try to dine in and found doors locked and drove off. Also drive through was super slow. read more

Ordered 3 pc combo using website along with fish sandwich and chicken sandwich. The 3 pc combo had 3 extremely small pieces along with a piece that didn't have any meat on it, just batter. The thigh had one small bite of actual meat while the leg was the same size as the "leg" part of the wing. We got red beans & rice as no coleslaw was available (at opening time). The beans were good, but the rice was undercooked. The fish was so overcooked I couldn't even get a second bite it was so hard. When I took it back into the store I was told it was all from the same batch and nothing they could do but make me wait 7 minutes for another batch. I told her how overcooked it was, and she just looked at me, not even saying she would check the rest of the batch. I asked for my money back, and she told me to contact the app as they don't do that. Contacting them was another whole frustrating adventure that never was completed. This shows me they really don't care about their products nor do they care about their customers. Just disgusting all around. read more

I have seen some reviews about the poor service here lately but still decided to come back for another visit. Previous visits the soda machines were not working. While we were there in a 10 min period 8 people left because no one acknowledged them or took there order. They were forgetting peoples biscuits also. When we got our food it was cold. I don't expect the good at a fast food place to be to hot to eat it but I also don't expect it to be this cold. I think they were short handed but if you acknowledge people or even say we are short handed sorry for the wait, they are more likely to stay than leave. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. Guess I will be going somewhere else for my fried chicken. read more

Very bad experience. The two employees were mid argument as I pulled to the window. Asked me for my order at the kiosk and again at the window like I didn't already say my order. brought the order out to me and got it wrong so I stayed longer to get the correct order. they acted put-out because I inconvenienced them. very rude, unorganized and the food was mediocre. won't be back. read more

This is the worst staff I have ever encountere. they were before I even walked in the door and they let me know it by ignoring me for 10 minutes. they don't care about you or your food. read more

Only Popeyes in the country without wings apparently. All I wanted and all they should have...

Absolutely disgusted, and ashamed I even walked into this restaurant. Waited over an hour for my order and ordered it online. Walked in and told the lady at the front my name, she didn't say anything but printed out my receipt to start working on my order. After about 40 minutes my boyfriend went up to the cashier and asked about our order, this was after 5+ people got their orders before mine. They eventually finished the order after an hour, and gave it to us. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a ghost pepper sandwich, and wings. We received two spicy chicken sandwiches and no wings. We told the cashier they forgot our wings, she said "we forgot your wings" and then walked away. 30 minutes later and still no wings. So we left, 30 dollars wasted here. Mac N Cheese was good though but not good enough to wait for an hour! read more

Wow, I haven't eaten here in ages but everything I ate was awful. The lemonade tasted like crystal light, the mashed potatoes and gravy had what looked like pea sized meat fuzz balls, the coleslaw was yellow and tasted like the store smelled, the cheese cake tasted so artificial that I spit it out. I took one bite and one drink and I had to spit it out...never again read more

Drive thru worker extremely rude, waiting over 20 min our estimated wait time of ordering online for our food and received it all thrown Into a bag in a mess read more

8:00 pm no chicken for sandwiches girl at the window was going to the extra 20.00 I accidentally gave her!! Had to wait in the drive thru while 3 employees sat eating at a table inside then to use the bathroom trash was overflowing water was running toilet paper was empty except for the roll on floor with fecies on it! And an empty paper towel dispenser! This place won't last long! I went in to just get my money back and once again, tried keeping 10.00 and gave me a hand full of change wick should of been 57 cent!! Never again read more

Just awful!!! No sense of customer service..dirty..rude..avoid if you can all they care about is their breaks and cell phones

came through ordered 3 combos only received 1 full combo and partial of another one (only sandwich no sides) and completely left the third out, called to get either a refund or my food made a different way instead I was met by complete hostility by the manager and another employee and then i proceeded to get hung up on by said manager, 1/10 won't ever return to this establishment ever. read more

worst chicken sandwich ever. The past 2 weeks I had McDonald's and Culver's Chichen sandwich, both were very good; crispy, good bun, good flavor. Just had a "Classic Chicken Sandwich" from Eureka Popeyes...should have taken a picture. It clearly had been on the shelf for a while, they handed it to me seconds after ordering. The "coating"-cannot call it crispy- had dissolved into the bun, couldn't tell where the bun stopped, and the skin began. The bun was stale to begin with. I have eaten at Popeye's my entire adult life, just never in Eureka. If you are the owner, you need to make some changes. I won't eat there again. Disappointing, because I work in Eureka read more

made an order of 24 piece chicken. Go inside and they are stressed the guy at the drive through/ front walks by with a bag and says im cutting this persons head off ordering 100 piece chicken. me and my husband say no wonder they are busy and then the guys walks outside and doesnt find the person who ordered. came back in and it was our 24 piece order. worst ever and other customers heard it clearly. read more

First time trying Popeyes. The trash can outside was over flowing, the women's bathroom toilet paper & towel holder was broken, faucet running in both bathrooms bc broken. This was all before ordering. 2 ppl in front of us, their order was wrong. Got our food, there were no clean tables and had to ask for them to clean one. She wiped table, and just let napkins fall to floor. The coleslaw is too pickle tasting, the chicken was decent but not good enough to overshadow how dirty the place was. I try to understand if busy (they werent) or understaffed (there were 5 workers at least) read more

Service was simply awful. Waited over 40 minutes for an 8 piece tender meal and couldn't wait any longer so asked for a refund. Manager never apologized. Not like they were understaffed - they had many people there but were not working with any urgency. Unfortunately the worst service we've ever had in Eureka and at a fast food place. Everyone else waiting for food there was equally as frustrated. I cannot imagine they'll be in business much longer at this rate. read more

Really good! I got the bacon and cheese, classic, non-spicy sandwich. Was really good! The chicken was crispy and yummy as well. The coleslaw was amazing. It was clean inside and service was kind. read more

Do not go here. $80 order. Waited forever. Got part way home and checked order and it was really wrong. Returned and asked for refund-refused. Watched them resell and hand out part of the wrong order that was returned. Waited inordinate long time for correct order only after showing receipt that first order was wrong No apologies. Saw utensils dropped and reused in kitchen without washing. Employees handled money and food with no gloves. Went back during day the next day to speak with "manager". Blown off just like night before. Low expectations with "fast food" but this was beyond unacceptable. NEVER going back! 1 star cuz u can't give 0. Horrible service/health code violations abound! read more

Went here on 12/31/24 around 3:30 pm. We were using a coupon 10 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides and 5 biscuits for 22.99 (a good deal) she said they only have the 8 or 12 piece meals and we told her we have a coupon for 10 piece meal. She said ok. We pulled up to the window and she proceeded to berate us for not letting her know that we had a coupon! We didn't give her the code on the coupon! What?!? Luckily my bf just went along with it and didn't engage in this exchange. We love their chicken so I'm sure we will visit again but WOW. read more

11/12/24 Went through drive thru and ordered a family box meal. Drive 30 miles to home only to find out that this location did not include any biscuits and shorted the order of chicken and the cole slaw side. For $55 I would expect something better. Upon calling the "manager" (if that is who she truly was), I received the excuse that they were short staffed and there was nothing she could do. Really? We were the only car in the drive thru and only about 3 people sitting inside. No one needs to deal with this rude, condescending "manager" who apparently should not be in this position. Although I like Popeyes food, I do NOT recommend this location due to incompetent staff. I will seek out KFC or go hungry next time. Sad. read more

Dog water service. Didn't even get food cause they shut everything down an hour before close. Extremely disappointed.
