These worst restaurant location you could ever choose. I've been here 5 times at least and every single time the workers are rude, take forever to get you your food, food is usually terrible. This time I waited in the drive through for 12min and not a single word was spoken to me with zero cars ahead of me. Ordered 3 pc combo using website along with fish sandwich and chicken sandwich. The 3 pc combo had 3 extremely small pieces along with a piece that didn't have any meat on it, just batter. The thigh had one small bite of actual meat while the leg was the same size as the "leg" part of the wing. We got red beans & rice as no coleslaw was available (at opening time). The beans were good, but the rice was undercooked. The fish was so overcooked I couldn't even get a second bite it was so hard. When I took it back into the store I was told it was all from the same batch and nothing they could do but make me wait 7 minutes for another batch. I told her how overcooked it was, and she just looked at me, not even saying she would check the rest of the batch. I asked for my money back, and she told me to contact the app as they don't do that. Contacting them was another whole frustrating adventure that never was completed. I have seen some reviews about the poor service here lately but still decided to come back for another visit. Previous visits the soda machines were not working. While we were there in a 10 min period 8 people left because no one acknowledged them or took there order. They were forgetting peoples biscuits also. When we got our food it was cold. I don't expect the good at a fast food place to be to hot to eat it but I also don't expect it to be this cold. I think they were short handed but if you acknowledge people or even say we are short handed sorry for the wait, they are more likely to stay than leave. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely disgusted, and ashamed I even walked into this restaurant. Waited over an hour for my order and ordered it online. Walked in and told the lady at the front my name, she didn't say anything but printed out my receipt to start working on my order. After about 40 minutes my boyfriend went up to the cashier and asked about our order, this was after 5+ people got their orders before mine. They eventually finished the order after an hour, and gave it to us. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a ghost pepper sandwich, and wings. We received two spicy chicken sandwiches and no wings. We told the cashier they forgot our wings, she said "we forgot your wings" and then walked away. 30 minutes later and still no wings. So we left, 30 dollars wasted here. worst chicken sandwich ever. The past 2 weeks I had McDonald's and Culver's Chichen sandwich, both were very good; crispy, good bun, good flavor. Just had a "Classic Chicken Sandwich" from Eureka Popeyes...should have taken a picture. It clearly had been on the shelf for a while, they handed it to me seconds after ordering. The "coating"-cannot call it crispy- had dissolved into the bun, couldn't tell where the bun stopped, and the skin began. The bun was stale to begin with. First time trying Popeyes. The trash can outside was over flowing, the women's bathroom toilet paper & towel holder was broken, faucet running in both bathrooms bc broken. This was all before ordering. 2 ppl in front of us, their order was wrong. Got our food, there were no clean tables and had to ask for them to clean one. She wiped table, and just let napkins fall to floor. The coleslaw is too pickle tasting, the chicken was decent but not good enough to overshadow how dirty the place was. Watched them resell and hand out part of the wrong order that was returned. Waited inordinate long time for correct order only after showing receipt that first order was wrong No apologies. Saw utensils dropped and reused in kitchen without washing. Employees handled money and food with no gloves. Went back during day the next day to speak with "manager". Went here on 12/31/24 around 3:30 pm. We were using a coupon 10 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides and 5 biscuits for 22.99 (a good deal) she said they only have the 8 or 12 piece meals and we told her we have a coupon for 10 piece meal. She said ok. We pulled up to the window and she proceeded to berate us for not letting her know that we had a coupon! We didn't give her the code on the coupon! What?!? 11/12/24 Went through drive thru and ordered a family box meal. Drive 30 miles to home only to find out that this location did not include any biscuits and shorted the order of chicken and the cole slaw side. For $55 I would expect something better. Upon calling the "manager" (if that is who she truly was), I received the excuse that they were short staffed and there was nothing she could do. Really? We were the only car in the drive thru and only about 3 people sitting inside. No one needs to deal with this rude, condescending "manager" who apparently should not be in this position. Although I like Popeyes food, I do NOT recommend this location due to incompetent staff. I will seek out KFC or go hungry next time. Sad. read more
