I found out I didn't have rental car coverage and it was going to cost me a lot of money to rent a car. Well Rick was able to schedule my repair when I was out of town so I wouldn't have to pay extra for the rental car. My car was also repaired earlier than what I was originally told all because they knew I had to pay out of pocket for my rental car. The repair was perfect! It looked brand new! A few months later my front turn signal went out and the way my car is designed it impossible to replace the bulb without taking the tire off, removing the battery, and going in through the wheel well!! On the 4th one I was told it WOULD crack and was not covered by a warranty. And yes, it did after about a year. We were going to Canada (20190719 - Friday) and wanted to have either the frame/windshield replaced, or at least the windshield prior to going. I contacted A Touch of Class and they immediately provided me with a quote for a replacement of both, and then contacted me to drop off the vehicle on 0715 - Monday. On Wednesday they notified me that the job was complete and ready for pickup. (Every summer we take the side windows out - we have full doors - and roll up the back window. It stays that way until fall. When we went to pick up the vehicle, it was sitting outside with the entire back end wrapped in plastic - just in case it rained!) The new frame (and hinges) looked amazing. So amazing, that the rest of the Jeep really looks like sh*t! My wife and I are already discussing other possible areas that could use their service. If you need work done, this is the place. They are courteous, fast, and do an amazing job.
