Dillon was the employee that helped me select my frames, lens, and tint. He was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about all the choices. Dillon stayed after his shift officially ended to make sure the order was complete and processed. Thank you Dillon. I did actually receive my glasses in 50 minutes. Freddy then helped me adjust the frames, cleaned the lens, explained the warranty and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Great customer service!!!! Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!

However, they refused to order a new lens because it had been a little over a year since his eye exam. He had contacted them a couple months ago to get a new lens put in. Anyway they are losing his business, my business and the business of our kids.

Honest, Thorough, and Trustworthy Care…read more I saw this ophthalmologist for a second opinion after another clinic told me I needed urgent cataract surgery. He spent a full two hours examining my eyes and reviewing the records he had to personally request from the first clinic. His assessment was completely different -- and far more reassuring. He explained that I have only mild cataracts, actually fewer than most people my age, and that my eyesight is very good. He told me plainly that nothing warranted surgery and that I should just use readers when needed. I appreciated Dr. Jeff Holt's (and staff's) honesty, his calm approach, and the fact that he didn't try to push any unnecessary procedures. It's rare to find a doctor who takes the time to explain everything clearly and prioritizes what's truly best for the patient. I'm very grateful I went to him.

Dr. Byers and her husband (who serves as her assistant) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The exam was relatively quick and painless (even for me, who absolutely can't stand having stuff touch his eyes). Having air blown into your eye is an interesting experience though! I had the basic dilation exam, and Dr. Byers clearly explained everything and answered my questions easily. Though I am from out of town I definitely recommend their practice and will definitely use them again if I'm in the area! Also, I had scheduled an appointment through their website which was impressive for a smaller business such as theirs! I highly recommend it.
