I called Mark the day before we needed his help replacing old locks on a house and installing 3 combos. He was so quick to answer my questions over the phone, even though I didn't have exact information about what we needed on our end. During the entire installation process, he kept us in the loop on was happening. Would give 0 stars if I could. Not only is this guy nearly impossible to reach, but also a terrible liar and time waster. Called him at least 7 times as I was trying to get duplicate keys made for my BMW. Every time I called he said he would get back to me, call me back, and never did. This went on for over a week. I definitely recommend Mya Locksmith for any locksmith work, quick response as well as better pricing. When Mya Locksmith say they will call you back they will. I don't even have words for how thankful I am I found Mark... My 17 year old new driver son drove from NJ to Katerskill falls to go hiking.. Over a 2.5 hour drive from home.. While hiking he lost his car keys somewhere along the way. At 730 at night he realized and was the only one left in the park.. We called the local police for help and they could offer no assistance with finding a local locksmith. I make 25 calls and no one answered. I came across Mark's number.. And he picked right up.. He was over 2 hours away and when I told him my son's situation he did not hesitate to help. The local police transported my son to a safe spot about 10 minutes away from the park. Mark got in his van and headed his way. He even picked my son up where the police bought him. It was almostwent back to my son's car and Mark was able to make a new key for his vehicle and get him safely on the road home.
