Since he decided to have my 100% true review removed i will just happily repost it here to make…read moresure everyone still can see. final update: i took him my receipt from toyota showing that it was a programming issue, proceeded to tell me that even with proof from toyota that its the cars fault not theirs, which now works perfectly after programming! He told me that the way toyota did it they dont even have the ability to do (like i originally said). Still no refund even though he said if i did this, attached and highlighted in the review, i would get a refund. unfortunately will be taking them to small claims court and making my report to the AG office. since we are using petty google quotes and before he tries to say oh your re seed means the car had issues just see attached.... Scammed me on a Toyota key, ordered on a Friday came in Wednesday. Went to get it programmed and they failed to program any functions but the ability to start the car with it in ignition. Push start functions not working, lock unlock not working, and panic button not working. They couldn't say if the car or key was at fault just that they would have to get with the manufacturer for a potential warranty. Which I was then told there wouldn't be a guarantee that the manufacture would honor, which I'm taking as I will be left with a key as useless as the one I'm trying to replace. (The buttons have worn completely off the cars original key not allowing it to lock and unlock with the fob hence why their key is useless) I asked for my money back which I was told there is no refund for special orders and we have to go through the warranty process. I understand this however, I expect my product to work when it comes in, the person to have the knowledge of what's going on with the product, and the guarantee that I know I will have an issue resolved. There is 0 guarantee and I have become extremely un easy that they will even be able to program on the 2nd attempt. It also didn't help that the guy helping me didn't even know how to change the battery in the key. I had to show him!! This really didn't help with the confidence that they could actually do this. I explained I would rather take my money to the dealership where they can order the key in a timely manner, program it properly, and if there is any issues inform me of how it needs to be corrected. This way I'm not stuck in a loop of waiting for keys to maybe work over who knows how long. I was told I'm entitled to my opinion and that nothing can be done and they will attempt to start the process for warranty. The situation could have been as simple as "Sorry we weren't able to get this key to work and we are unsure why. We can go through the warranty process that usually takes X amount of time or provide you a refund." Sadly it did not and here we are. It is not the customers responsibility to cover the cost of faulty items between you and your vendors. Once again I understand no refunds but no refunds on defective items??? Yeah that's a joke. Update to respond: I can't believe they came back and blatantly call a customer a liar this is absolutely atrocious customer service at no point did they blame the cars immobilizer system. They told me "we are not mechanics" we do not know what the issue is and have no way to tell. Hence why I wanted my money back. They ordered the key replacement "warranty" as a shot in the dark that the key itself was defective AT NO POINT WAS ANYTHING EVER MENTIONED ABOUT THE CAR HAVING ISSUES. Infact I have full scans from prior to when they touched the car and I have the scan 15 mins after I left showing that it failed to program. The only immobilizer fault present in the car is MISMATCHED KEY CODING because they FAILED to code the key. Oh that personal phone call he instantly attacked me for my review and basically screamed at me the majority of the call. And yes the key I have for the car none of the buttons work and the smart function doesn't work. Because like I said the buttons are missing and damaged so they can't show that the cars the issue, the existing key was also missing the battery and I told them that as well. However it's smart functions did not work because it is damaged.

Once he got out here it was 1 days work to fix the roof and it does look good and no longer leaks. However, he left a huge mess in our yard for another couple months, we got a nail in our tire from it, I finally messaged him and complained about the mess and he came out and cleaned up the bigger stuff. He also tore down an old building out back and left broken glass all over our yard. I have pets who go out there and am about to have a baby and now I'm not going to feel comfortable letting my kid play in the back yard because of how scattered the broken glass is, I'll never be able to get it all cleaned up! I don't want to have to have a whole lot of interaction for a simple job. If you did, then that indicates a problem, and I had no problem here. The following issue is minor and shouldn't dissuade any one from doing business with them. The only thing that I wasn't thrilled about was the price. Maybe $300 is the bare minimum for him to come out, i'm not sure, but he took less than twenty minutes to fix my roof. I wasn't home, but thanks to my Ring doorbell, I saw him climb on the roof at 12:00 and then climb down 12:05 and take the ladder away and not come back. While on the roof I saw him throwing the coupe damaged shingles down. At 11:45 he was not there, so sometime between 11:45 and 12:00 he showed up and was done by 12:05. Because of how quick he came out and how response he was, I am giving him the benefit of the doubt and believe he treated my job the same as he would anyone in the terms of cost. He may have even escalated my job above another because it was a small repair and it was during a few little rainy days. All I can really compare it to is the other repair men I have had come out in the various fields like plumbing, electrical and others and have an idea of what prices generally can run. My cynical side has noticed a pattern that if I am not home for the work then many tend to over charge the cost and I think that has to do with the lack of supervision and because I live in a decent home many see that as an opportunity and take advantage of that. Again, I am not saying they did that here. Only saying that $900 an hour ($300 for 20 minutes) seems a bit high for almost any field. I would not hesitate to call upon them again for work, I would just receive a few estimates.

Called while behind them at light and had a great start. After a few mix up dates, they made it out to my house. There were two guys and one I got along with great and the other not so great. The prices hadb changed and thus I couldn't get all I wanted, so just got necessary. I was shown how to use, and all seemed ok. I was very polite, hospitable offering drinks, fruit and use of rest room. Within the next 24 hours things started going wrong. I called and got rude attitude from the manager, Michael. They came and said they had no good batteries and took what was in the truck, so that was probe one of the probes, even though it is plugged in. ( you would think someone spending $850 they would provide brand new batteries) The problem still wasn't resolved and did weird things for about a week. I was getting ready for a long trip and needed these things fixed immediately before leaving. I told them when I would be home and when I wouldn't. He showed up when I had my sitter here and I didn't feel comfortable placing a stranger in home , but she said it was ok She called me to let me know he was there, as he did as well. He called immed back and said nothing was wrong. I said yes, its probably with the additional alarm, that's in my bedroom which she could not get into. When I finally got home it was about 4ish as that's when my sitter had to go. I gave hom other system and again said it could be just the batteries, but looks fine. I proceeded to explain what happened night before when alarm went off for 45 min non stop waking baby and giving us all a headache. I could have called that night for emergency service but I waited till morning and my husband finally got it to shut off, made sure police were not dispatched. I asked him if I was going to be charged as it was a system error and he said NO!!! We left on our trip and my son had issues with it, so he never used it the entire time(3 weeks), we were gone. Reviewing my mail I come across a bill for close to $400. I kept reading trying to understand what it was about. They charged me for emergency visit , as well as,fee to travel from Fayetteville, to my home in Bentonville. I called next day spoke with manager, Michael about it and came to no resolutions, just more attitude. I won't lie, my attitude was very upset at this time and I asked the owner to call me back. He did the next day. I tried explaining my concerns and why it made no sense and I should definitely not have to pay it, my monthly was a few days late as I was out of the country. He , the owner listened, and after hearing me talk, said his ppm have worked for him and he trusted them. Well , I'm a customer, a new customer, that has great connections and could have a great help to him by word of mouth. He did say he would take that fee off, however, I was to know that if anything happened in the future I would be charged for anything. I said,'' So if like this time , its the companies fault , meaning equipment or something, and has nothing to do with me, it will cost me service fees??''. "Absolutely!!!, he said..... I told him that makes no sense especially since he advertises he serves my area. He then said, '' Looks like this contract isn't going to work out, and I will send you a check for the remainder of the money, keep the equipment, and that will be all'' I already paid For equipment , told him how important a service in my area was and bamm Goes to show you can't count on family business , more disappointed in his actions
