Dr. Perpall is thorough and helps to problem solve when you have pain or concerns. He is really patient with me as I am deathly afraid of needles and takes time rather than jamming a needle in your face because he has other patients. His chairs also accommodate those who have had neck fusions! I also like the early morning appointment availability.

This place exceeded my high expectations. The friendly receptionist Frances was accommodating to book my appointment for a dental cleaning the same day. Then, Frances located rapidly my dental insurance. Moreover, Frances gave me the email of this business. So, my former out-of-state dentist could send my recent X-ray wings to save on unnecessary expenses. Prior to the time of my appointment, a kind reminder was sent by text message to my cell. Everything was pristine on-site. The luxurious waiting room was modern and soothing with grey touches and plenty of comfortable seating area. Complementary coffee, tea and chilled bottles of water were offered. There was also a TV screen, magazines and children's books. The bathroom were located on the right side of the reception. The competent, customer-oriented and pretty hygienist Brooke did a thorough and painless dental cleaning. I appreciated Brooke measured beforehand the depths of each of my gum pocket. After the dental cleaning and polishing of my teeth were complete, Brooke gave pieces of advice on how to improve further my maintenance routine: 2.1. I should diminish the amount of sugar consumed. 2.2. Teeth should be brushed with an extra-soft toothbrush at a 45 degree angle. 2.3. Each tooth should be flossed individually by being hugged in a C motion. Then, the knowledgeable, agreeable, honest and easy on the eyes David Perpall, DMD performed a visual inspection of my teeth. I liked David didn't try to sell me unnecessary services. This dentist seems to have the best interests of his customers at heart. This venue has convenient opening hours: you can book appointments as early as 7:00 am. You can park easily on their free parking.

Seeing all these amazing reviews is what pushed me to contact Dr. Rabun's office. I was trying to…read morefind a dentist in my insurance network, but also one that would be down-to-earth, friendly, and understanding. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 yrs bc of the anxiety from going to them in the past. I knew I needed to go bc I had alot of issues I needed to have fixed. The receptionist is amazing and caring, and the staff are all wonderful women who are easy to talk to about anything. Dr. Rabun is a very sweet man who seems to be very knowledgeable and was supportive in seeing up a plan to get my teeth healthy. What I didn't expect was all the pain I would experience during each visit. From whenever he would numb my gums, or put my partial denture back in my mouth, he did these things not gently at all. Then the day came I had to get 4 fillings on 4 of my bottom teeth. He didn't warn me when he was about to start drilling, and he had my head and neck in an awkward and uncomfortable position for about an hour, and kept asking me to open wide, but at some point I couldn't do it bc it became too painful. If I couldn't, he would still go in and try to stretch my face. I left the office that day with the worst pain on my left side, and it wasn't from the sensitivity from the teeth. I experienced and still experience 2 months later symptoms similar to TMJ disorder. I was able to come in and explain all this to Dr. Rabun and staff. At first he said he'd just refer me to a TMJ specialist and send me on my way. But, I didn't feel like he cared that much. So, I asked to see him again. So I talked to him again and told him about a lil knot I found located in my check area near my lower jaw. He said it's probably the back tooth causing this to happen and I'll need to have the tooth removed and then I'll feel better.... u know what? He might be right, but I have that overwhelming fear in my head that the jaw pain will be made worse bc he will ask me to open wide again and im completely afraid to do that. I am going to see a TMJ specialist soon to see if it is a TMJ issue. But whatever the outcome will be, I'm not sure I should go to Dr. Rabun again. It breaks my heart bc his staff is amazing, but I've been in pain since those fillings, and I need the reassurance of what is causing it and what I can do to stop it. I'm not getting that right now with Dr. Rabun.

Not that she did anything out of the way, just seemed off. I absolutely loved the lady who was in there with the dentist. She seemed young but was very concerned with how I was doing. The dentist was non-judgmental and was very calming. He explained everything to me but did not put any pressure to do anything. He seemed to REALLY care about his patients. I will recommend and would go back without hesitation. As a plus, they had a small area for small children to play which is something that many offices forget to add. It is nice to have that as a distraction for little ones.

I told her I would like to schedule a routine cleaning and she said that I could come in tomorrow. I told her who my previous dentist was and I was told that they would get my records. I went in today, they did not have my previous x rays. They tried to have me take x rays without verifying that it was time or that my insurance would cover it based on the last x rays I had. Which it was not time... Then when I went to check out after my cleaning with no x rays, the office personnel told me that I owed $78 for the cleaning. Of which I have never had to pay anything for a cleaning. She then informed me that they were an out of network provider. This is all information that should have been given before my cleaning. I will not go there again. Very disappointed!

After two visits to the specialist and failed attempts to do the root canal, the specialist kept $900 of the $1,700 they charged my credit card with and sent me back to Perpall. He went ahead and extracted the tooth and installed an implant which I paid for in full and has never healed 100%. I have been living with constant pain that has gotten worse and very sensitive. I called the office to express my concern and a very rude receptionist wanted my Insurance which I no longer have. I explained to her this was a complaint and feel the Doctor should at least look at it and do an ex-ray which I would have paid for. She seemed to agree and said she would talk to the Doctor and Office Manager and made me an appointment. I took a day off and drove in to be told from her that as a result of no insurance they would not see me. This doctor needs to be more concerned about his patients and needs to address his rude staff. I have made an appointment with a specialist that does nothing but tooth implants and based on what he tells me, this could result in a claim for damages that could have been avoided. No more Perpall for me!!
