While traveling from Indianapolis to St. Louis, my rental car developed a leak in the left front tire. Budget could not provide any service (without a promised hour's wait), but finally suggested that if I took it to a tire store, they would "consider" paying for either a new tire or fixing the existing one. With their help, we identified that not only was Southern Tire Mart at Pilot close, but they were still open. After weaving through the dozens and dozens of semis in my small car, I happened on the tire store. Amazing service from Christopher Wilson, the manager. Not only did he provide prompt service, he was a delight to do business with. His helper was courteous and industrious, and they soon had me on my way. What started as a real disappointment on my trip became a fun experience because of the quality of care and service. Also, it was quite affordable. A terrific representative of your company.  Thanks, Chris and team.
