I went here explain the haircut and what color I wanted. I walked out a different hair color than I…read morewanted. I wanted a partial highlight she did it all over. Charge me almost $200.. I explained to her the kind of haircut I wanted my hair was at my shoulders, and I wanted a little shorter on one side than longer on the other and sort of a pixie style.. she couldn't get it faded in one side. I look like a peacock... so the next day I woke up, called her and said I just can't deal with it and I don't like the color. She said she couldn't get me in that day, but she could get me in the next day.. so this time I go back with some pictures that we could probably do since she'd already cut a lot off of it.. shoulder The spots where I look like a Dalmatian with the blonde in it and explain what I wanted again.. so anyway, she just get it tapered in and it kept looking like dumb and dumber. You know how it was just that blunt stupid looking cut with no tapering. So here we go two times over 200 bucks I believe.. I finally revise salon and . Guy named Reggie tried to fix my hair and he did a pretty decent job... my hair is barely even there anymore.. way shorter than a pixie cut that I wanted. Color still isn't right. So then I called the manager. I was really nice and said hey can you please just give me maybe a refund on the haircut since she couldn't seem to get it, right? She said she had to speak to the "power that be's". I had a feeling they weren't gonna do anything so I went ahead and called corporate.. so she calls me back the next day and says I think it was Christina or Christian. She says since I went to a whole Nother salon to get it fixed they can't refund me anything! Are you kidding me like I would go back at third time when I barely have any hair left? Who would do that after you already ruined it twice couldn't get it right why would I go back a third time?. I had to pay another 80 bucks just to get it fixed at the other salon. So I'm into my hair 300 bucks.. Here's the thing I hadn't had my hair two years professionally. My husband has dementia and I'm on chemo meds.. we live on a fixed income. I spent all that money and still unhappy and now I barely have any hair left. I am so disappointed. If you really want your hair to look nice and good color do not go to hair Cuttery. It is basically a super cut...
