We have…read morea large yard in Tigard, and while we love to walk our dogs, as is often the case with an aging dog, there are times when letting them out rises to emergency status. Reached out to Scoop Soldiers and was really happy to find they were available in the Tigard, Lake Oswego area. I have been SO happy with them. The price was fantastic - they did a thorough job, enough that the guy who mows the lawn commented on the lack of occasional landmines. Always got a text when they were 10 minutes away and a nice photo when they were done confirming the gates to the backyard were closed and secured. They are SUPER conscientious people. Our pooch, Sadie, had gone downhill in the past weeks and needed to be put to sleep this past weekend. Look no further if you're looking for a team to clean up after Fido. These are your people. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

Hi Biosweep, I had…read moremy truck treated here back in end march and i was scared that the treatment wouldn't resolve the smoke smell i later found in my used truck I had purchased. The owner told me to let him know if the smell came back, and would do a second treatment if it had. The odd thing is that i had vacuumed and cleaned the truck and the smell seemed to have come back but not as strong, still noticeable though. It has been 3 months since the biosweep treatment in my truck and the smell is about 25% back. I emailed them a few weeks ago and haven't heard a reply on helping to do the second treatment I was offered if the smell had returned. Today I called their phone number only to get an answering service with whom I left a message. Update: they have me scheduled to do another run! Im hopeful the results will last, will update in future.

Bought a house that was smoked in for 30 years & gutted it completely. They guaranteed it and said they would send out 2 guys to scrub the walls and surfaces and do the ozone. We lived out of state at the time and asked them to run the mini splits during ozone and turn them off before they left. We were SORELY disappointed when one guy showed up to do the job instead of 2, and the mini splits were still left on. The smoke smell was definitely slightly better, but it still wreaked like old tobacco. I called to see if they could come back since they guaranteed it, so they sent another person out to redo it. Nothing was different after the 2nd time. At this point I called the owner to see if they would come out and smell it because they kept insisting that it worked, but they wouldn't schedule anything until months out.. Wouldn't recommend for heavy smoke, but maybe it works for less potent smelling things?
