I have not checked the yard but it makes me uncomfortable for some guy I have never met walking around my yard in the dark. I also dont feel it is safe for him. I knew if there would be an alternate technician and this was a service I did not want to go without. I also told people I knew how much I liked the service. Apparently, this Poop 911 is now corporate run. They left a pile of waste on my lawn today, and charged me. When I emailed them, I was told they cannot refund my payment. They can only issue me a credit for next week. Their email did provide a comment that since my expectations were not met, they could provide a credit. This is after they did not service the lawn at all last week, based on their new schedule. I cannot imagine anyones expectations being met after paying for a service they did not get. I did respond and indicate the credit for next week does not solve the problem of the waste not being collected. The response I got? They'd send the technician but they were an hour away. It will be dark in an hour, this is not a solution. I am bothered by the lack of interest in making this right. There is something wrong when a long term customer has to tell a company to issue a refund. It took 6 emails to resolve anything. I dont think they have any interest in the customer.
