I've been using Poop 911 for over two years. Initially, I thought it was a worthwhile investment, but my opinion has changed over time. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Pros: - Reliability: For the most part, they come rain or shine, holidays, snow, etc. Their consistency is commendable. -Communication: They always give a 10-minute heads-up before they arrive, so there are no surprises. Cons: - Service Quality: I've had to make one too many phone calls about the quality of their service. They have missed several "gifts" on multiple occasions. This past time, they overlooked one particular "gift" for three rounds. - Snow Service: This past year, they still came out during a decent snowfall, which is fine. However, they made a quick pass and left, barely collecting anything. I then received an email notification stating that because of the snow, they would charge extra one week during the spring due to all the remains likely left by the snow. This additional charge felt unfair since I was already paying for the service. - Website Usability: The website is not user-friendly at all. Additional Info: For the first year or so, I was very happy with their service, even leaving a 5-star review and writing a poem about my satisfaction. They were as consistent as the mailman, and it was truly impressive. My yard is approximately 2,500 square feet, and I have two dogs (a Chihuahua and a Beagle mix). I'm not complaining about small Chihuahua presents being missed, as that's understandable. However, I'm upset about the several missed gifts from my larger Beagle mix, in nice weather, especially when they spend less than two minutes in my backyard. It's not about the time spent but the quality of the job. If you can get the job done in two minutes, I'm all for it, but when you only spend two minutes (camera time-stamped), you better ensure that at least 90% is picked up (spoiler: it consistently wasn't). I've had to call about this issue before, and at this point, spending $17 per week for 1.5 dogs for two minutes of work on a half-assed job just doesn't make sense anymore. read more

Outstanding and reliable. Great service, nice people. Would recommend to any dog owner

This company of people help me to have one less thing to worry about. Everyone is so friendly with our dogs. Now if we can get the backyard mowed...the boys (Ben and Solo) ate the lawn mower at the beginning of the season. read more

I cannot say enough good things about the representatives and the Owners of Poop 911! We have been using them for a couple of years now and they are nothing short of great! Their communication has been fantastic, they always let us know when they are on their way and done, they have treats for the pups in case we aren't home and they are out, and they do a great job making our yard ready for the kids to play without worrying about landmines! We have them come twice a week and without fail, even when weather isn't the best, they are out doing their job for us - always with a smile! read more

Poop-911 is always thorough and reliable. They let me know when a technician is on the way. If my pick up day happens to be on a holiday they let me know when the technician will next be here. read more

One of the WORST poop services I've ever dealt with in BOISE... They cried about having to pick up my dogs poop the whole time they were doing it.... Literally that's your job and you're gonna complain and then take photos? Unprofessional read more

Great company to use! Always ensures my dogs are inside before they come into the yard.

They really have their "poop in a group". Couldn't resist. These guys have been cleaning up after my 3 dogs for over 2 years now. Every week they come and take care of my yard like little elves. I have a heavily landscaped yard that includes rocks and hidden areas for my dogs to sneak back into. We also have 2 fences, one of which is locked to enter into our yard. There have been times I have gone outside to double check my fences and every time it's all put back correctly and my yard is clean. They get EVERYWHERE. They are reliable and consistent. read more

Hassle free and convenient! They do a great job! Set it up online & they take autopay. Doesn't get any easier than that!

Super reliable, as well as great communication. Will also pickup the occasional granddog visit poops. Highly recommend!!

They do a great job! They are always quiet and quick, they never both my dogs which is miracle and they were very accommodating when we had to change dates because our lawn card company requested it. read more

This company is awesome. They are so friendly, so virtuous and able to help when we need it.

My first encounter with this company - So Todd just came out to clean my backyard. He didn't tell me he was here, he didn't tell me he was leaving and then when I seen him walking away from my front door, I went outside to see who it was. He said it had been months since my backyard had been cleaned which it was done one week ago as of today 08/16/18. I was very surprised by his attitude. He was implying I'm lying! I have a lawn service that comes out once a week and if it hadn't been cleaned in months, do you think they'd be back there every Thursday? I have two puppies, one is 3 months (which I've had for one month) and the other is 9 months. After being insulted, I asked if I owed him any money to which he said no. Then I asked him to leave. I couldn't believe how rude he was! I then called Michael (his boss) and explained what happened and told him I wanted no more services with them. He was apologetic and offered to change the person coming out and I agreed. He then called me back and said Todd told him I threatened to beat him up and I failed to mention that part! Yes I failed to mention it because it didn't happen! I'm 105 lbs and I'm not that type of person! He lied again! He said he didn't want to continue service with me! I couldn't believe this happened. Turns out the customer is not always right, nor believed when it comes to their employees. I do NOT recommend them at all and will be putting this review other places as well as word of mouth! read more
